These are a few laps of Sebring International Raceway in Sebring, Florida. This was during a NARRA (North American Road Racing Association) event. It was a long haul from Texas, but we had a blast.
Ford GT40 Lapping at Sebring International Raceway (Onboard)
This is a 1966 GT40 model Mk.I doing some relatively low-speed test laps at Sebring International Raceway's 12-hour long course. Filmed during a NASA HPDE program, the car was in a mixed driver/vehicle group. Passing was strictly limited to specific track locations and required a 'point by' from the driver being passed. This car is Superformance chassis number GT40P/2192 built in 2008,and is registered in the Safir GT40 and Shelby Registries. This particular car was featured in the March 2009 edition of Car & Driver magazine. GT40P/2192 was built by Pathfinder Motorsports, which sells race-prepared continuation model GT40s for vintage racing and for the street. For more info: www.GT40racing.com

Sebring International Raceway ACR Lap Record Break
Behind the wheel of the street-legal Dodge Viper ACR, Ben Keating recently broke the production lap record at Sebring International Raceway with a time of 2:19.473.
Viper Racing League - 8/29/09 - Texas World Speedway
This is my first race with the Viper Racing League (Viper Days/NARRA) at Texas World Speedway on Saturday 8/29/09. We have a rolling start with a pace car and ran 12 laps for about 30 minutes. I edited this video from the 30 minute race down to 10 minutes so it would fit within the YouTube! time limit. We also had a 26 lap inverted race on Sunday for about 50 minutes but my camera messed up and I only got the first lap and it shut off. Anyway, I came in 3rd place in both races behind the World Challenge competition coupes which are much faster and have better drivers. I was extremely happy to come in 3rd. In this race, I started out in the 3rd row inside and managed to get behind Tom in his white/blue comp coupe. I chased him most of the race just waiting for a mistake. He began losing his tires and I managed to stick my nose in on turn 13. He was gracious and let me by but could have easily kept me from passing. We were pretty even the whole race and it was tons of fun. Thanks, Tom! The next race is Roebling Road in Georgia and then off to Daytona on the Rolex Series course.
Viper Race Laps Road America - 1 Explodes
Viper Racing League hot laps at Road America, 2001. Several laps into the race a motor lets go and creates a fireball. The driver was not hurt, the brand new car was a total loss.

First track day with the car, we ran into several issues throughout the weekend. Our biggest issue being fuel starvation, if you listen carefully you can hear the car sputtering in the fast sweepers. Knowing this, we did not push the car very hard, short shifting seemed to lessen our issue and also didnt want to be at redline with fuel issues.
