Country Classic Cars Tour - Part One - Hot Rod Muscle Car Project Cars Vintage Classics
I recently stopped by Country Classic Cars in Staunton, IL to see what cars they have in stock right now. I usually show cars one at a time, but I thought you might like a little tour. They generally have about 600 classic cars in stock at any given time. I filmed about three of their storage sheds on that day. There will be a couple more videos coming up soon. Hope you find it interesting...thanks for watching! The background music track is Whiskey on the Mississippi by Kevin MacLeod. Available under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported license. Saved from the Scrap Yard! Challengers, Chargers, RT's, Hemis even Winged Mopars!
Captain Right-time-right-place, strikes again! I was just out riding my bike when I saw this black Challenger on the back of a flat-bed truck. The owner was closing the gate and just about to set off when I leaped off my bike & pulled my camera out. It turns out he didn't just have one sweet Mopar (which happened to have a 426 Hemi) he had A GARAGE FULL OF THEM. It was all a bit of a blur and I was still puffing from having been riding, and then being gob-smacked, and then non-stop asking questions. I wasn't able to catch the whole story but it seems the Brisbane City (Australia) government had Assumed (confiscated/commandeered) his land and had to remove all of his possessions with in 30 days or lose it. Had he not done so, all would have been scrapped. If that had happened his only course of action would've been to sue the government to reclaim damages. That would really have sucked because the cash wouldn't have brought them back. Music Credit: Created by Dylan Benson, and used with permission and much appreciation.
