and never had a problem with the stock internals. Open to suggestions on a
rebuild kit. Was looking at doing The AMS rebuild kit with no crankshaft,
Blouch 20g xt, 800 cc injectors, exedy clutch & flywheel, valve springs
etc., and E85 Tune. Expecting 380 WHP on a MustangDyno. 400 WHO On a 1000 cc
Injectors. Whats cost on labor for this?

is Subaru engine, broken valve in 10000 RPM. This was not poorly tuned, EGT
and AFR was right, Problem was in material of one of the Cosworth valves,
there was air bubble in it and it broke apart. This was not one shot as you
think, this car was running few months before this and it is running again
fine after repair. But we changed manufacturer of vents :-)

Subaru EJ25 Engine Pull
Pulling the EJ25 out of my 2000 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS with 196,000 miles. I
was a little behind on my maintenance and didn't change the timing belt in
time. While the belt was just fine, the idler sprocket bearing pack gave
out and this slacked the belt enough to damage the engine. It was cheaper
to get another engine than to get the parts to rebuild the heads.
By the way, in the video I say that too much oxygen leans the combustion
and my brother counters that too much oxygen makes it rich. I'm right, and
he's wrong. Too much oxygen leans and too much fuel makes it rich.
