This truck received a nice facelift consisting of a new front end, wheels, and an all new interior. On top of all that the 2013 RAM 1500 has a few added features and technologies that really put this truck in a class of its own. There are 39 different trims that allow you to choose between cab sizes, bed sizes and engine sizes. The base model tradesman has a starting price of $22,640 while the top of the line Laramie Longhorn costs $44,325. RAM trucks are one of the biggest names in the pickup world. Formerly under the Dodge brand, RAM has now been broken off onto their own. On the outside the 2013 RAM 1500 is all truck with its big front grille and massive bumper. This particular truck here is a quad cab and features the RAMBOX cargo management system which is essentially storage compartments in the rear fenders. These reduce the cargo room in the bed itself but are high useful. There is also a standard bed bar system. The 2013 RAM 1500 comes with 3 different engine choices. The first is a 3.6 liter Pentastar V-6 engine that produces 305 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque. The next engine is a 4.7 liter V-8 that makes 310 horsepower and 330 lb-ft o torque. The last engine is the big HEMI 5.7 liter V-8 that produces 395 horsepower and 407 lb-ft of torque. The standard transmission is a 6-speed automatic, but you can opt for an 8-speed which gets better fuel economy. One great feature on the 2013 Ram 1500 is the ability to raise and lower the truck. These air springs can raise the vehicle to add ground clearance or lower the truck for handling and to reduce drag on the highway. One of the areas that the RAM pickup truck has come a long way over the years is the interior. RAM truck interiors can almost rival luxury cars. The steering wheel and seats are very comfortable, the materials and surfaces are high quality, the sunroof is a nice bonus, and the center stack is well thought out and well designed featuring an 8.4-inch UCONNECT touch screen. Another vehicle from Dodge that stopped me dead in my tracks this year at the 2013 North American International Auto Show was the new Ram 2500 Power Wagon edition. I need not to describe this truck as it speaks for itself whit its massive stance and presence. There is no way you could miss this one at the show. This truck, along with all of its other Power Wagon badged predecessors, takes Heavy Duty to the next level.

Urban Ram The Urban Ram comes ready to play, with impressive toys both under the hood and throughout the exterior. The 2013 Ram 1500 packs plenty of muscle with a 392 HEMI engine, but that wasn't aggressive enough. Add Mopar headers, a Mopar cold-air intake and Mopar performance dual Exhaust with chrome tips into the mix, and the intimidation factor of the Urban Ram hits the redline. A Mopar performance handling kit and SRT rotors and brake calipers help rein in all that horsepower. The exterior look is a clean, Modern Blue paint scheme accented with a "Mopar" blue stripe, reminiscent of the limited-edition Mopar '11 Charger, and a Mopar logo emblazoned on the rear side panel on the driver's side. The already-forceful feel of the Urban Ram is put into overdrive with a sport performance hood and body kit. The potent look of the Ram is carried out with 22-inch R/T wheels painted hyperblack, with a Ram logo wheel center cap also done in hyperblack. The fiberglass tonneau cover matches the body color, and a bed rug, bed ambient light kit and Mopar design badge round out modifications.
