This is my buddy's turbo-charged 4.6L DOHC 32V 1993 Lincoln Mark VIII getting tuned and pulling a good run on the Dyno producing 518.6 HP at the wheels and 555.8 ft lbs of torque! The car was looking rough at the time the video was taken but it continues as a work in progress. It's much better looking now.
T56 Mark VIII Burnout
Having fun with My t56 Mark VIII.
This is by no means a step by step guide but a quick overview of what i did
if you have any questions feel free to ask!
1.T56 from 03 cobra
2.spec stage 1 clutch
3.Stock Mustang GT flywheel
(dont get a cobra they are 8 Bolts the gt is a 6 bolt like marks)
4. Mustang clutch pedal cut
off and welded to mark 8 brake assembly (pic's in here
5.Fab your own shifter like blender head did in this thread mine is the
same but i have no pics.
6. also yo have to move your computer because it is right wear the clutch
needs to go. for this you have a couple options you can do what i did and
just cut out the heat and AC tube and duct tap the Comp up there you can
still put the cover back on and it will look fine but you have no air form
the 2 air duct you cut off. the plus of this is it takes no extentions of
the wires and took me about 20 mins but it is not as clean of an install as
blenderhead who rewired it all under the dash but that takes longer it
really your call both menthods work fine.
you could also go with a hydrolic clutch but i have never installed one of
those so you would have to ask blender about that.
7 u will need a custom driveshaft i recoment dennysdriveshaft.com they are
a little pricy but have great service and made me a perfect driveshaft.

hours to read all of it but it will really help when you start.

you might want to consider a termec 6060 if you have the cash no shifter
probelm and strong but a little pricyer and i think you have to go with a
hydrolic clutch with this trans.

so I can't say what the HP is.I have a few more things to do before having
it done. It has been a project car that has taken every extra penny over a
three year period. All the work was done by Glens Auto in Shrewsbury Pa. I
am extreamly happy with thier work, and willingness to work with me on this
1993 Lincoln Mark VIII fast bags bagged
stock bags, drilled and tapped with 1/2" fittings. 1/2" valves with fill
and dump speed controls, still need to adjust the back, it moves too fast
for my taste. There is one (for now) Viair 380 compressor, a 5 gallon tank
against the back of the trunk and a 3 gallon tank in the spare tire area. I
put 'fast bags' in the title as it moves a lot quicker than the factory
the clicking is me hitting the buttons on the remote.
