Jeep Cherokee 3" SS Dual Exhaust
Made the custom intake and Exhaust.
Full Stainless from the collector down. I took Cliffords dual-outlet
header and chopped the 2.5" collectors off and welded in 3" collectors.
Then made the tubing as straight as possible and routed them to each side
both of which have a semi-racing metal-ceramic cat (spin buns) and my own
custom mufflers. The intake runners were cut from the old style log and I
welded my own plenum, inlets and intake tubes to form a nice long round
bend from the other side of the engine hence the huge cowl hood to clear
the dual intake pipes. The hood is also custom, no one offered what I
needed so I made my own. It's not finished either but should be before next
Next mods are front suspension 1.5" drop with triangulated control arms,
rear axle flip with my own "Caltracs", rear locker and line lock. It's a
little jumpy right at off idle at the moment but when the power comes on
there's a definite improvement over the regular intake. I really like it
but it does need a quarter tank to launch without it starve for fuel.
A BASIC Supercharger KIT AT R.P.A. FOR
THE CHEROKEE 4.0L OR A FEW OTHER MODELS. BUT THIS IS FIRST SETUP ON THIS
PLATFORM, NEED TO MAKE A FEW MODIFICATIONS STILL. STAY TUNED !!!

Twin Turbo LS1.... JEEP! WTF
Wow, they say they drop LS1's into everything, but this is just completely
ridiculous. If you close your eyes, it sounds sick as hell, but when you
look at that truck, it stinks of rice. WTF were they thinking with all of
the mis-matched fins on the front end?

What Camerons Car Reviews has to say about the Cherokee: You remember the
Jeep Cherokee, a classic nameplate that has been around for years and has
had many buyers, however when Jeep ended production in 2001 the Cherokee
was no longer available to buy brand new until now. The new Cherokee
competes in the small SUV segment which is one of the most competitive
markets to get into. In the interior you will find everything to be very
rich in materials and fit and finish to be superb which make the CR-V and
the RAV4 feel low quality compared to the Cherokee. Room on the inside is
decent as well, however you will find cargo room to come in a little short.
On the exterior some will find the front to be stylish and aggressive and
some will find it to be polarizing, however this styling does spice it up
in a somewhat boring look a like sea of small SUV's. Powertrains in the
Cherokee are a 2.4 L 4-Cylinder or a 3.2 L V6 paired up to a world's first
9-Speed Automatic. We recommend the V6 because of it's ample power as the
4-cylinder can feel sluggish at times and the V6 is unique to the class.
Looking for 4WD and not AWD? The Cherokee is the only small SUV that offers
true off road capability currently. With this all being said the Cherokee
is simply more just a roomy small SUV that you take to work everyday, it's
a SUV that pretty much does everything right which gives it a Camerons Car
Reviews score of five out of five.

Rat Rod Jeep Death-Wish Trip! - Roadkill Episode 15
David Freiburger claims that this road trip on this episode of Roadkill is
the most stupid thing that he and Mike Finnegan have ever done. Freiburger
wanted to do a Jeep trip, so Finnegan bought an old Willys flatfender--one
that had been turned into a two-wheel-drive rat rod using some very sketchy
fabrication. The guys made it semi-safe, then hit the road to drive to the
Desert Bar in Parker, Arizona, where they sold the Jeep to a guy for the
price of their bar tab. Watch to see the crazy fun in the scariest vehicle
ever on Roadkill.
Roadkill appears every fourth Friday on the Motor Trend channel.

2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/jeep/cherokee/2014/?id=32972 The Trailhawk is the
hard-core off-road version of the new 2014 Jeep Cherokee. The problem is
that majority of the people who buy this mid-sized crossover SUV will never
use the full potential of this vehicle. Instead most of the time the
Cherokee Trailhawk will be relegated to suburbia mall and grocery store
runs. The 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk has a base price of $29,495.
The Cherokee is a nameplate that has been revived by Jeep after a long
haiedous. For the 2014 model there are 4 trim levels (Sport, Latitude,
Limited, and Trailhawk) ranging in price from $23k-$30k. What makes this
model so capable is the Active Drive Lock 4x4 system which comes with a
locking rear differential, 1-inch suspension lift, off-road suspension
tuning, and skid plates.
