Feb 11 2012 7hr Lemons race at TWS
This is the sickest air brake you have ever seen. It has 2 pneumatic rams that raise a piece of plywood to act as an air brake. It is operated by a valve on the Ebrake. 2 air compressors maintain pressure in the system....and since apparently its too much load to try to run on the RX-7s electrical system there is just a generator bolted to the back that runs on its own fuel constantly while the car is on track.
The car also features a smoker grill with the Exhaust passing vertically through it on the back bumper so that you have slow roasted grub by the end of the race!

Chasing #35 240Z in #996 Spec Piñata at LeMons TWS 02/12/2012
This is the 2nd Spec Piñata appearance for LeMons. First was at ECR in December 2011.
TWS was a blast, and I was fortunate enough to find a couple of similarly fast cars both stints I drove. This video is of me chasing down the #35 240Z...which was fun because they were quite a bit faster on the straights.

LeMons Car Race at Charlotte Motor Speedway (Sept. 24, 2011)
I attended the 24 Hours of LeMons race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway on Sept. 24, 2011, and had a lot of fun. I recorded hours and hours of video, but boiled it down into this 5.5-minute video. I was there to watch my brother (Joe Kovacs), who raced in the #71 car (a 1985 Mazda RX7), so there is a bit of a focus on that car. However, I think it does a decent job of giving the general flavor of the race.
I shot this with a Canon Vixia HF-S30 camcorder and used a GoPro HD Hero for the on-car shots. I edited it with Corel Video Studio Pro x4 and did the whole project in the AVCHD format.

Pagani Huayra
BrianZuk records an absolutely stunning Pagani Huayra. The video includes footage of both the exterior and interior, scenes with the doors opening and closing, the front and rear spoiler "active aerodynamics" going from open to closed position, the Huayra revving nicely, and the car accelerating and on the road.
