2012 Hyundai Veloster Test Drive & Car Review

http://www.autobytel.com/hyundai/veloster/2012/?id=32972 Hyundai has created a very unique 4-door hatchback in the Veloster. This car is cheaper than most its competitors with a starting MSRP of $17,300. The 2012 Hyundai Veloster is also more interesting than all of its rivals. And best of all it gets 40 MPG ion the highway. The styling is super sporty with an aggressive front end and huge integrated headlights. The shape has an sharp slope at the rear. Hyundai has really gone above and beyond the rest of the pack with the style of the Veloster in an effort to stand out from the crowd. The 2012 Hyundai Veloster is powered by a 1.6 liter 4-cylinder engine that creates 138 horsepower and 123 lb-ft. of torque. Fuel economy is excellent as the Veloster gets 38 MPG in the city and 40 MPG on the highway. How much do we like the 2012 Hyundai Veloster? Enough to make it the 2012 Autobytel Car of the Year! http://www.autobytel.com/auto-news/awards/autobytel-2012-car-of-the-year-2012-hyundai-veloster-108855/?id=32972 See More Car Videos http://www.autobytel.com/car-videos/?id=32972 Join Our Facebook Page http://www.facebook.com/autobytel

2013 Lexus GS 350 Test Drive & Luxury Car Review
http://www.autobytel.com/new-cars/lexus/gs-350/ The 2013 Lexus GS 350 is the 4th generation vehicle to hit the road. Lexus hopes to make a big impact with this luxury car with the goal of stealing some of the sales away from BMW and Mercedes. The 2012 Lexus GS 350 is powered by a 3.5 liter V-6 engine with VVT-i. The engine also features port and direct injection which will improve performance and fuel economy. The 2012 Lexus GS 350 has 306 horsepower and will be able to run from 0-60 MPH in 5.7 seconds. The interior of the 2013 Lexus GS 350 received a total overhaul and the result is a cleaner interior with higher quality materials. The leather is nice and supple, the brushed aluminum looks great, and the wood trim feels very luxurious. The area where Lexus really excels is the technology factor. Lexus uses a touchpad which is a wonderful system that controls the multimedia center. Many design ques on the 2012 Lexus GS 350 were taken or inspired from the Lexus LFA supercar. Lexus engineers designed a very aerodynamic shape to lower the drag coefficient which adds to fuel economy. What is most evident on the GS 350 is the new signature spindle grille with its trapezoidal contours. This is the new styling direction that Lexus is going. Coupled with cool LED headlights the new 2012 Lexus GS 350 should give the other players in the luxury car segment a run for their money. 2012 Subaru Legacy Test Drive & Car Review
http://www.autobytel.com/subaru/legacy/2012/?id=32972 The midsized car segment is packed and the 2012 Subaru Legacy is working hard to separate itself from the rest of the bunch. The advanced symmetrical all-wheel drive system and upgraded interior are 2 ways the Legacy has progressed. The 2012 Subaru Legacy has a base price of $19,995 while the top of the line model goes for $28,595. There are 3 engines offered on the Legacy. The first is a 2.5 liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 170 horsepower and 170 lb-ft. of torque. This very base engine also gets the best fuel economy at 23 MPG in the city and 31 MPG on the highway. The second engine is a turbocharged version of the 2.5 liter which has 265 horsepower and 258 lb-ft. of torque. The fuel economy for the turbo engine is 18 MPG in the city and 25 MPG on the highway. The last engine choice is a 3.6 liter V-6 that produces 256 horsepower and 247 lb-ft. of torque. The V-6 engine gets 18 MPG in the city and 25 MPG on the highway. Fuel economy is a bit lower than the competition due in part to the all wheel drive system. The Subaru Legacy has always had a spot in the midsized car segment and the turbocharged GT Limited model is a big hit with enthusiasts. So if you are looking for something a bit more unique the regular mundane choices for a midsized passenger car and you want the added safety and handling that comes from an all wheel drive vehicle, then the 2012 Subaru Legacy may be the right choice. Hyundai Veloster hatchback review - CarBuyer
Hyundai Veloster hatchback 2014 review: http://bit.ly/1gbu0Qe Subscribe to the Carbuyer YouTube channel: http://bit.ly/17k4fct Subscribe to Auto Express: http://subscribe.autoexpress.co.uk/cb The Hyundai Veloster is the firm's latest attempt to produce a coupe without compromise, and first impressions prove they are not far off the mark. One highlight is the clever door arrangement, which is similar to a MINI Clubman. It has a single door on one side and a pair of doors on the other to improve access to the back seats. Unlike the Clubman, Hyundai has engineered the door layout for the UK, so the double doors open on to the pavement, not into the road. At the moment there's a single engine choice - a rather weak 138bhp 1.6-litre petrol - but this may be joined by a diesel and a high powered turbo version in the near future. The Veloster's sharp chassis is easily capable of dealing with more power.

2012 Hyundai Veloster 6-Speed Start Up, Exterior/ Interior Review
Today viewers, you are witnessing the birth of a new chapter in small car design, with the introduction of this: the all new 2012 Hyundai Veloster. While most might say it's just a new body on an old platform, that is where you're wrong. It's been fitted with some of Hyundai's newest technology, and styling cues that would boggle the mind! It brings a new type of body style to our world as well, now known as a 3 door coupe, which is wierd since most coupes are 2 door's. However, with the Veloster, it incorporates 2 doors into one side of the vehicle, and only 1 on the driver's side. It's powered by an all new 1.6L GDi (Gas Direct Injection) I-4 with D-CVVT (Dual Continuous Variable Valve Timing) which makes 138 hp and 123 lb/ft of torque. The engine is a bit disapointing since it's pretty much the same as the new Kia Soul. On that same front however, it does now put it in the 40 MPG club, along with the Elantra, Sonata Hybrid, and Accent. So it's really the best of all worlds. You get all the looks of a sports car, with the fuel efficiency of a compact.

2012 Hyundai Veloster Start Up, Quick Tour, & Rev With Exhaust View - 2K
2012 Hyundai Veloster It's packs 138 HP 1.6L DOHC 4 Cyl which is paired to a 6 speed auto (Dual Clutch Automated Manual or DSG ) My Fan page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Intechdude300/294626333932309 2theRedline fan page https://www.facebook.com/2Redline The new 2theRedlineLLC channel where all future tours ( except personal cars) will be posted http://www.youtube.com/user/2theRedlineLLC That's decent HP from a 1.6L but it's just too weak of an engine for this car. Not fast or peppy by any means. I dislike the rear end which IMO looks half baked, rear seat entry is just terrible aside from the awful legroom, & I found the front seats uncomfortable. I will admit that the car is an eye catcher, but it really does fall short of all the hype . Best waiting for the turbo version coming soon which would make the car tolerable in some form, just not in this ugly color lol. Update!! As of 10/13/2012, I had the opportunity to drive a Veloster & I was extremely unimpressed. It had the most obvious economy car ride, the´╗┐ lightest & most lifeless steering, the driver seat was too firm to be comfy after 15 mins, the Dual Clutch Automated Manual Gearbox was on the lazy side, & the entry 1.6L engine certainly doesn't provide enough pep to fit the car's attitude. Its an interesting & eye catching car to look at but thats where it ends. It's not a refined, fun, or spirited car to drive. The question now is, has Hyundai rectified any of the above noted shortcomings with the turbo version?
