Honda S2000 Build Part 2 - How To Install Bonnet Pins (Hood Pins/Latches)
Building a track car? Got an after market hood? In this video we teach you how to install bonnet pins! http://www.facebook.com/mightycarmods MCM MAGAZINE ISSUE 8 OUT NOW http://www.mightycarmods.com/collections/magazine Shop: http://www.mightycarmods.com/collections/ Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/mightycarmods Forum: http://forums.mightycarmods.com It's worth pointing out that the S2000 bonnet is aluminium so it doesn't rust. But if you are installing on a body part that can rust, make sure you punt up the exposed metal. There's also locking versions of these same catches for those that remove the factory system, or are using carbon fibre bonnets. Also something to note around Mighty Car Mods: we are normal guys and are not trained mechanics. We like to make interesting car mods and show you how we've gone about it, but we can't promise that anything we show you will work for your particular car, or that you won't harm yourself, someone else, your car or your warranty doing it. Please be safe, be responsible and unless you know what you're doing, do not fool around with very serious machinery just because you've seen us make it look so easy. Talk to a qualified mechanic if you are in any doubt.
