Volkswagen made this sweet 1969 Karmann Ghia for fun road trips. The 1.6L flat 4 cylinder motor powering it was rebuilt back to stock specs 17,000 miles ago. Less than 500 miles ago the 4 speed manual transmission was rebuilt with new clutch and axles being put back in. Inside is a custom tan interior with a combination of leather and tweed making it gorgeous. The AM/FM/CD radio lets the tunes play while you cruise down the road. Custom wheels and radial tires give this Karmann Ghia exactly what it needs. We can be reached at 704-598-2130 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Here is a video clip of Chris Addington's RodBuster - a 1969 Karmann Ghia
that has a full-billet chassis, a twin Supercharger 2000cc, 4-cylinder horizontally
opposed Volkswagen engine that is in the Full Custom show circuit at a
early 1990s Volkswagen Bakersfield Summer Nationals.
BackyardBuild Summer 2012 Turbo VW Bug preview.mpg
Here is a preview of how the car sits now, summer 2012. I have about 95% of
the bodywork done and have coated everything with 2 layers of black epoxy
primer. Lots more tune up has yielded a good running late model classic VW
beetle. As you can see I have a bunch of work left to do on the interior,
but all the gauges and lighting function. To beef everything up on the
3SGTE engine I had to utilize an aftermarket ECU, I chose the Vi-Pec. The
last part of the video shows what this setup can do. She's fast...

My four classic Karmann Ghias: '73 Ghia Vert for Sale
My four classic Karmann Ghias, as you might guess the Karmann Ghia and
especially the Ghia Convertible is my favorite car. Here we have a 1962
Ghia Convertible (restoration in progress), a very original 1960 Ghia
coupe, and 2 1973 Ghia Convertibles. The Orange '73 Ghia convertible is for
This beautiful orange '73 Ghia Convertible has been with the same owner for
the past 24 years. The owner only put 3000 miles on it during the entire
time he has had it! The interior is original and in very good condition for
being original. The top even looks original and if it is original it is in
remarkable condition for its age.
The windshield still has the original VW logo and the condition of the
original interior leads me to believe that is probably the original mileage
at just over 61k.
