Volkswagen made this sweet 1969 Karmann Ghia for fun road trips. The 1.6L flat 4 cylinder motor powering it was rebuilt back to stock specs 17,000 miles ago. Less than 500 miles ago the 4 speed manual transmission was rebuilt with new clutch and axles being put back in. Inside is a custom tan interior with a combination of leather and tweed making it gorgeous. The AM/FM/CD radio lets the tunes play while you cruise down the road. Custom wheels and radial tires give this Karmann Ghia exactly what it needs. We can be reached at 704-598-2130 or e-mail us at email@example.com
Driving my Karmann Ghia
The 1956 Karmann Ghia I own does get driven from time to time. I have
friends who claim I 'never' drive it. This video shows that isn't the
1966 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Restoration
This is a 1966 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia I recently did the finish body work
and paint on. The sheetmetal replacement was performed by Kelly "Metwiz"
Brown. Color is Porsche Guards Red. The car is going back to the owner for
re-assembly. Music by The Wind-Ups.
1971 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Engine Start
First time starting up the 2333 cc engine (91x84mm) that I installed in my
wife's freshly restored 1971 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia convertible. Yes, I
know my coil is installed upside-down. The after-market wire harness was
installed with too little slack to reach a downward-pointing coil. This is
Karmann-Ghia anniversary 50 years 1955-2005
On the 14th of July 1955 the Volkswagen Karmann Ghia was presented to the
public. Members of the media and business were invited to the Kasino in
Georgsmarienhütte, which is close to the Karmann factory in Osnabrück.
50 years on, Karmann Ghia friends around the world are invited to take part
in these jubilee celebrations at the historical location, invited by the
big Karmann Ghia clubs of Germany with the support of numerous sponsors and
helpers. Georgsmarienhütte is situated a few kilometres south of
Osnabrück in northern Germany.
This is a short private movie of me as participant - it is not the official
video off the anniversary.

My 1974 Karmann Ghia
This is my 1974 Ghia. It was a hunk of junk when I first purchased it. Five
years later after taking it compleatly apart it's now my favorite toy. 87mm
pistons too. The gauges on the dash are VDO, but I purchased three "BUS"
fuel gauges from junkyards. I removed the chromes rings and installed them
on the new VDOs. Now they match the originals on the dash.

1974 VW Karmann Ghia Red
1974 was the final year of production for the Karmann Ghia. This particular
car is equipped with the 1500cc engine and a manual trans. It really does
look sharp. The paint is not perfect, but it is a really nice driver
quality car. Thanks for watching.

BackyardBuild Summer 2012 Turbo VW Bug preview.mpg
Here is a preview of how the car sits now, summer 2012. I have about 95% of
the bodywork done and have coated everything with 2 layers of black epoxy
primer. Lots more tune up has yielded a good running late model classic VW
beetle. As you can see I have a bunch of work left to do on the interior,
but all the gauges and lighting function. To beef everything up on the
3SGTE engine I had to utilize an aftermarket ECU, I chose the Vi-Pec. The
last part of the video shows what this setup can do. She's fast...
1971 Karmann Ghia Walk Around and Drive
Hey VW fans let's take a late fall drive in my new '71 Karmann Ghia
Convertible. This is a beauty found recently after 24 years stored in a
barn - she was taken good care of though the owner would take her out each
summer to clean her up. Take a look at the full description and photo and
video shoot I took of this classic 1971 Karmann Ghia Convertible here:
Give me a call if you want to take her home. Happy V-dubbin
