I thought you'd like a look at this awesome 1970 Chevrolet Nova. This thing has been set up for a serious amount of dragstrip time. It has a built 468 Chevy big-block under the hood, a stout turbo 400 with a shift kit, a 3,000 rpm stall converter, and a spooled rear end with 3:90 gears. 1970 Chevy Pro Street Nova. The motor is a 496 CI with dual 850 CFM carbs and an 871 BDS blower that ran a 780HP and 670 FT-LBS of torque on the Dyno. The Transmission is a TH400 Beefed up for to handle all that Horse power and torque. The Rear end is a GM 12 bolt with Moser axles, 4.10 Richmond gears. The rear has been tubbed out to fit Weld wheels with E.T. Streets. Beautiful black paint with black interior. 10 point roll cage makes it legal to run sub 10s at your local drag strip. Super Sleeper 1972 Nova - BIG MUSCLE
Wanna race? If so you may want to reconsider. You see this is Dru Diesner's 1972 Chevrolet Nova and it's anything but stock. From a looks perspective it's nothing special, in fact most people wouldn't put up $500 for this thing. Look a little deeper though and OH MOMMA! You see under its faded green paint lurks a twin supercharged LS2 that makes 1,160 hp... at the rear wheels. It epitomizes the term "sleeper", and is lethal to just about every other road going vehicle it comes in contact with. Big Muscle recently visited Northern Chicago to get a sample of this beast, and holy crap was it one of the best automotive experiences we've ever had.
