1981 DeLorean Dyno Run #1
Mostly stock DMC-12 Dyno Run. Only modifications are K&N Air Filter (stock style panel), Special-T-Auto "Performance" Catalytic Converter, & Flowmaster Series 80 Muffler.
The run was ended at 5500 due to seeing smoke out the tailpipes & fear of pushing the car too hard.

My 7th project DeLorean bursts into life after a complete engine tear-down due to water ingress. A corroded liner was replaced and its rotten seat was welded up and machined. The valves were all cleaned and re-lapped in with new seals, and the heads were skimmed. As you can see, one item was neglected in the reassembly...! The big puff of smoke at the start is due to all the assembly oil burning off.

Finally have both the time and some new weather to show what I've been working on for the last two years - my SECOND Delorean Time Machine. If you didn't get the hint within the first 2 minutes or so - I'm not done with it yet :)
Essentially, this starts Phase 3 of my Delorean Journey. I'm now going to go back and update certain parts of my car to be even more accurate than they are now. Expect better, more detailed updates with info that WILL help you on your own conversion.
