Yes it has moisture release material and all that fancy schmancy stuff. I'm really happy with it! Be careful if you buy a cover on ebay because many of them are just dust cover and don't keep out water. I wouldn't spend less then $37 on a cover. I didn't buy a $100 name brand cover because it would just get stolen. So this was the compromise.
I bought it from here: (No I don't make anything from this. Just letting people know) The seller has lots of great detailed info on the cover. I'm totally satisfied with it and would recommend it..

2010 ZX-6R Akrapovic with no baffle
I removed the baffle from the Akrapovic on my ninja, just thought I'd record the sound. Of course the iPhone doesn't do it justice, but you get the idea if you've heard stock or the Akra with the baffle.

2011 Ninja ZX6R M4 GP slip on exhaust
Just installed the M4 Exhaust last night, looks clean and sounds bad ass. I'm happy with it, I gotta admit its pretty loud, but I'm a fan of loud pipes so no big deal for me. No PCV on it, maybe down the road
2009 Kawasaki zx6r straight pipe!
simple wanted a louder sound without having to spend 500+ so took the cat off and had a small pipe made at a muffler shop for 5 bucks very loud!!

**To clear up (repeated) misconceptions, this is literally a steel pipe from AutoZone that was intended to be a car's Exhaust pipe tip. It isn't an aftermarket Exhaust, or shorty Exhaust etc etc. Its an empty steel pipe screwed on
