On Thursday, I was chasing down a black Ferrari F50 cruising down Ocean Ave. I looked over to the other side of the street to check for any nice cars and to my surprise found this amazing machine. Only in Carmel would a BLACK Ferrari F50 (1/4 produced) get topped by a car that's more epic! Needless to say, I was in awe and had to scrape my jaw off of the ground :) Although nothing TOO crazy happens in the video, you really have to respect the Stirling Moss in the way that it controls the presence around the car. Even the "normal" SLR McLaren behind it looks like a Honda in comparison! Enjoy the video! If you could drive the Stirling Moss anywhere in the world for just 1 week, where would you take it? Listen to the noise!!! For the Gumball 3000 Rally, this one has been wrapped in chrome with Tron-like cutouts of where the original orange color is, and strobe lights tucked inside of the vents. To some, the best part of the car is its license plate, however...WINNING. :P Although many articles have been posted across the web saying how this guy is the "world's most stereotypical Lamborghini owner," I can say that this guy is something special, and not a Lambo-driving douchebag like the articles make him out to be. He's extremely friendly and even more so enthusiastic about his cars. I asked him, "how did it feel to drive an Aventador 3,000 miles in less than a week?" When he heard me ask him that, his eyes lit up and told me, "absolutely INSANE man, absolutely insane..." All in all, a really cool dude and I appreciate him taking the Aventador on Gumball! The Gumball 3000 is a 3000 mile rally that takes place in a week. This year, it went from New York City to Hollywood, and featured over 100 cars. So last Friday (Jan. 11th) I was showing my friend pictures of cars. I showed him an internet photo of the Linea D'Oro and was saying how cool of a car it is and how I'll most likely never ever see one in real life. Well, the day later, while looking through my Facebook news feed, I stumble upon a photo of this car in a cargo warehouse with the caption saying "Linea D'Oro arrived in the USA! -at Los Angeles International Airport"... That's when I was like "OH SH*T." My friend and I were heading into Beverly Hills for lunch with a friend, so we thought we'd try and look for this guy. After we got the call that he was actually in Beverly Hills, we flipped out and drove as fast as we could to get pictures and video of it. Before we got another tip on where it was (it had left where it was originally seen), it was a wild goose chase all over LA before we returned to Rodeo Drive and saw it! Pagani Huayra : Start Up, Sound and Veyron Combo !
This is the first Pagani Huayra spotted in France, by myself :) It's painted in a nice satin grey, looks like aluminium. The sound of the start up is just the same as an AMG 65, just louder. That's because the engine is a bi-turbo V12, from AMG. There was a nice combo with the Bugatti Veyron in front of it, I'm sure you'll apreciate it ! Enjoy !
