This is my pops 1974 Chevy Nova(check other vids to hear her run!!). All work was completed in house in my dads shop. This is our first full restoration, first real body job, second paint job, everything was just trial and error and we think it turned out pretty cool. Pops used to race so the motor work is cake!! This is just a newly developed hobby. My 74 is next. Let us know what you think and don't forget to check the other vids of the motor and the car running!!!
My 1974 Nova Burnout
My car doing a burnout on my neighbors driveway. I know its not the best, but we also had restrictions on how long we could leave rubber on his driveway for haha. But it was fun in the process.
Small block 350 with a good ol' gear drive.
1974 Chevy Nova hatchback is a Beast!!
This is a 1974 chevy nova with the 350 motor from my other video(check it out). It was home grown in my dads shop in the back yard. Body work, motor, paint, everything you can think of was done in house! Far from Pro's just weekend warriors!!! The motor has holley carb, intake, 270 crane cam, headers, and straight pipes. Car has B&M shifter, and Greg Welds wrapped in Mickey Thompsons, homemade traction bars, homemade, One-Off rear fenders(rubber was slightly wide and didn't want to tub this time), underskirts and bumpers pushed in to look like 73's. The other Nova is my start up project!! Brother is getting down next. Let me know what you think!!!!!! Sorry about the quality, its just a digital cam. More to come.

CHEVY NOVA'S spring 2010 back at it!!
Installing a cam in the 73 for the spring. My father had popping going from his Exhaust so he removed his
top end. He had two lifters that were worn like crazy!! Cam didn't break in properly. I had the same pop recently and i took my top end off, and my lifters were perfect. I then realized that I had a busted valve spring on the non firing cylinder. I had been running on 7 for a while. When we cracked open the 73, it had a rocker that was split in two and separated inside the valve cover. WE ALL WERE RUNNING ON 7!!
