2001 Ford Lightning 0-60 5.8sec 1/4 13.9sec 380hp 450lb tq
My Syclone is stock with the exception of a Walbro fuel pump. This race was on Mobil 91oct pump gas.
Lightning owner claimed he had a pulley, Exhaust, and a chip.
Quickest Subaru WRX 4-cylinder AWD
The Tony Rigoli Performance crew are well known for tweaked EJ20 series engines. This WRX still retains the factory chassis but a mini tubbed rear end retains a 4WD driveline. Going 8.41 at 161mph the car's best time is 8.34 over the quarter mile.

This weekend we was at Kjula Raceway. It was a test and tune weekend. Saturday was good weather, Sunday was gonna rain, so we only had one day to tune. The track was ok, but not fully prepped and superglued, but it was good enough for us, compared to the street :) We got 5 rounds, 4 of them was 8´s Of course we are running E85.=) Hope to get better 60 foot times next time=)

Did some testing on the street today with dot tires. What can I say, this is a bad AWD V6 monster! Of course I never hold the throttle all the way, too much power for the street. Not bad to hit 0-60 in 2,1 sec. :)

2 GMC Typhoons doing Simultaneous Burnouts at the SyTy Nationals in 2001
One 1992 GMC Typhoon and one 1993 GMC Typhoon doing a simulaneous burnout at the 2001 SyTy Nationals. The black truck driven by Jeff S had a 20g turbo and 9/11 converter. The blue truck is driven by Todd D and was 100% stock at the time of the video. The front propshaft (driveshaft) was removed to allow such antics, typically burnouts are prohibited because of the AWD system the trucks are delivered with. The tires used were stock size on a stock set of wheels and were the only casualties of the event ;-)
