Crank Position Sensor Replacement - Stalling 3800 3.8 Engine
If you have a vehicle with the GM 3800 Engine which stalls randomly and may not always restart, then you likely have a bad crankshaft position sensor. If your vehicle runs perfectly but the tachometer sometimes registers incorrectly then you should replace this sensor ASAP before it leaves you stranded somewhere. 1963 Pontiac Grand Prix top speed run
Nothing like a V8 and especially when it's in a great big 1963 Pontiac Grand Prix. On the way home from Woodward Dream Cruise 2011

1963 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX -- 445,000 MILES TRAVELED
This is a one owner Pontiac that has been restored completely. It's hard to believe looking at this black GP that the owner has driven this over 445,000 miles, and it's documented. Even though the owner had constantly maintained his Pontiac, it wore out eventually prompting the splendid restoration. This Grand Prix is one of 30,195 units built this year and is powered by a V8 389 cid with 303 horsepower. Pontiac restyled their full size models with the most prominent feature is the stacked headlights that will be copied by many other cars. The Pontiac Division saw it's highest model year production to date by producing 589,294 cars. The Grand Prix was the ultimate Pontiac and the models below are the Bonneville, Star Chief, Catalina, and at the bottom, the Tempest. Other than the Bonneville Safari wagon ( $3,624 ), the Grand Prix was priced in second place at $3,490. Because this GP is finished in black inside and out, it has about it a great attraction. The glossy black paint reflects light and shadow while the black vinyl interior looks sporty and plush. A dapple of chrome shines on the dash and tachometer, while that transparent steering wheel is flawless. I hope you enjoy this incredible, well driven Grand Prix. Thanks very much for viewing 1963 Pontiac Grand Prix.

Pressed wheel bearing replacement (without a press...)
The bearing is 24 years old and has 155 000 kms. It was quite easy thanks to a "special" trick. No press used : ) and the only annoying task was to remove the outer race with a hammer and a chisel.

1962 Pontiac Grand Prix - First year of the Grand Prix!
First year of the Grand Prix, only 30,195 built for '62. Give this car a thumbs up (and share!) if you think it's as amazing as I do! This car is 100% restored. Powered by a new 468 with approx 3000 miles, dual Edlebrock 4 Barrel carbs.700R w/ overdrive transmission, posi-trac rear end 3.42. Interior is perfect, which is the factory installed original, not a mark any where. Also perfect: carpet, headliner, dash, console, glove box, Wonder bar radio w/ factory rear speaker. Exterior is also perfect, repainted 5 years ago, as you can see from the pictures, not a blemish anywhere. 8 Lug wheels http://www.hotautoweb.com/classics/1962-grand-prix
