Check out the sights and sounds that I captured at the 2011 Petit Le Mans of quite possibly the most awesome race car currently racing on this planet- the Aston Martin Lola!
In this video you will hear the awesome sceam of the production based V12 Aston Martin engine fro both the factory backed Gulf Aston Martin Racing Team and Muscle Milk Aston Martin.
In the actual race the Gulf car finished 3rd overall and the Muscle Milk car fell out early.
I was so glad to actually see this car in action! It is truly somthing to see!

WELCOME! To the greatest ALMS race of each year, the Petit Le Mans hosted by Road Atlanta!
It was the "first" cold day of the year.
I was awake by 5:30am, drove up to friends house, left his house at 6:15am, arrived at track for a ALMS Photographers meeting by 8am, meeting lasted an hour, received my vest, and headed to turn 1, and waited for an hour.
It was a very long race, and I recorded all that I could.
Worst thing to ever happen however; for those that DID watch the race, yes there were a few accidents around the course. I missed ALL of them. Yes, ALL of them. Every turn I left, an accident occurred less than 10 minutes afterwards, how can it get worse than that?
Anyways, first cold day of the coming season, it was in the 40s, got up to 60s during the day, next day I was sunburnt.

About 4 minutes of footage I shot at the 2009 Petit Le Mans. Race was stopped a little over 4 hours into it on account of rain. I had only filmed from 3 spots at that point so there isn't too much variety in the action. This was the first real use of my new Canon HF S-100. I've edited out my shaky footage (no tripod) but have not altered the video otherwise.

2013 American Le Mans Series Full Race at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. Part 2 of 2. Exciting finish as usual from the ALMS. Scot Elkins on Twitter said that they made a mistake, the race should have been one more lap.

2013 SRT Viper GTS-R Goes Through Paces at First Track Test. The SRT Viper GTS-R is expected to compete in the American Le Mans Series GT class later this year.
Driver Marc Goossens: "It has great handling. We all expect to have good power from the engine; you can feel it on the straightaway. The car has great potential in any type of racing situation. We haven't been extracting everything out of the car right now but we can definitely see that there's potential there and that's over the whole line. We just need to explore everything now and go into deeper detail and see how we can get this car as competitive as we can as soon as we can."
