Jamboolio records a fully restored 1972 Pontiac Firebird with an 350 cid
5.7L V8 engine and a stunning new paint job.
The monstrous hood scoops and huge air vents added to the all black

Here is an excerpt from Popular Hot Rodding Magazine (September 1982) full
page write-up about the 73-74 Super Duty Trans Am.
The first and last paragraphs:
"Probably one of the most awesome engines ever produced by Pontiac was the
Super Duty which was built in two versions, 1961-1963 and 1973-1974. The
Super Duty engine was ahead of its time churning out great doses of torque
When combined with the Trans Am body style it made for an unbeatable
combination of power and handling.
All Super Duty Trans Ams came with the 8 1/2-inch 10-bolt rear end, and
with the optional 3.42 to 1 rear gearing were capable of running
13.90-second quarter mile times. If you're interested in picking up a
Super Duty T/A today, they run between $5,000 and $10,000 depending on
condition. If you can't afford one, pretend you can and take a test ride.
Once you've been in one, you won't forget what they look, sound, and feel

1976 Pontiac Trans Am with 455 testing out the new engine
In car video of a 1976 Pontiac Trans Am with a 455 in it. This has one of
the comp cams extreme 276 cams in it. Probably the most potent cam I have
used in any of my pontiac engines and still maintained excellent street
manners. Unfortunately, one of the rod bearings did not hold up as well.
The purpose of these runs was to try to get the car to blow up if it was
going to. It has a slight noise in it that I couldn't figure out. Wound up
being top rod bearing on number 7. Was torn down never to be assembled
again. Car was awesome though. Sold to Volo auto sales in Chicago. They
painted it and sold it as a 50th anniversary clone car for $20k more than
they paid me for it.

1976 Pontiac Trans Am 455 Four-Speed Muscle Car
I thought you'd like a look at this awesome 76 Pontiac Trans Am 455. This
is the final year for the big 455 and this one is backed by the four-speed
manual transmission as well. It's a well-documented, low mileage original
and it really looks slick all the way around. They even have the original
window sticker to go with it. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for
