2011 Mazda BT-50 Freestyle
A new Mazda. -Info- Mazda has released the first pictures of the BT-50 Freestyle, ahead of its debut at the Australian International Motor Show. Essentially an extended-cab variant, the Freestyle has "revolutionary" rear-hinged doors that create easy access to the cabin. While the rear seats don't look terribly comfortable, Mazda says the cushions have been lengthened by 50mm and the seatback height has been increased by 128mm. More importantly, the bed holds 1,453 liters (51.3 cu ft) of cargo which is 266 liters (9.4 cu ft) more than the current model. Pricing information hasn't been released, but the BT-50 Freestyle will go on sale later this year.
