Turbocharged 1964 Chevrolet Corvair Monza Spyder
I thought you'd like a look at this nicely restored 1964 Chevrolet Corvair
Monza Spyder. This cool little car is powered by the turbocharged flat 6, backed by a four-speed manual
transmission. It really looks to be in excellent condition all the way
around. I hope you find it interesting...thanks for watching!
Filmed at Gateway Classic Cars in Fairmont City, IL (near St. Louis, MO)
The background music track is Whiskey on the Mississippi by Kevin MacLeod.

Instruments: Guitar, Bass, Kit, Organ, EP
With a jumping bass and off-beat syncopation, this is straight from
Memphis' Beale Street. The Hammond organ and electric guitar play together
as longtime friends, while the melody changes hands from guitar to organ to
electric piano. 011

1960 Chevrolet Promotional Film
This 1960 promotional film which was distributed to dealers shows some of
the models and features in Chevy's line of new 1961 cars. Pay particular
attention to the amazing test track footage of the Corvair.
1962 Chevrolet Corvair station wagon
Talk about rare...word is it's very tough underneath but it certainly would
garner a lot of queer looks and oddball gawking on the road and at cruises!
The Corvair was made from model years 1960-1969. Say, speaking of Corvairs,
has Ralph Nader said anything about killer Toyotas? EVER???
1962 Corvair Greenbrier, We go for a ride!
While visiting Pioneer Conversions in Lemont, Illinois it was brought to my
attention that one of the principals there owned a 1962 Corvair Greebrier
van. Yes,, we went for a ride!
1965 Corvair coupe
I really like what this owner has done to this Corvair! Notice the center
console housing all the gauges you wish you had as original equipment.
Upholstery and paint are perfect! The engine compartment is a perfect
example of the care and sense of beauty that this owner must have!

Vintage: The Chevrolet Corvair | Drive it!
In 1959 the Corvair became the first rear-engine production car made in
America - and Chevrolet's answer to the VW Bug. By American standards, the
Corvair was very small (4.50 meters long) and unusually light (weighing
around 11 hundred kilos). Drive it! discovered a number of specimens of
what is a very rare American in Europe. More Information:
