2011 Chevrolet Cruze LT
This has a 1.4L turbo 4 Cyl making 138 HP while paired to a 6 Speed auto.
These car are a definite step up over the Old Cobalt which was an Overall POS when it came to quality & the bland Styling. The Cruze is pricier tho it comes with a much better interior. Frontend looks sleek but the rear is rather bland & dated look. I honestly feel the 2012 Focus will do much better than the cruze as it will have more option, has better interior quality, bigger engines that deliver the Same MPGs, better ride, & comes in diffrent forms vs the Cruze which only is avail as a sedan here in the U.S..
Interior is much better considering its a GM vehicle but still they crapped out by placing hard, rough, cheap surfaces in common areas one would touch within the interior.
Engine choices are also odd. Both the Base 1.8L 4 cyl & 1.4L turbo 4 Cyl deliver about the same power & neither is much more economical than the other. So engine options are frugal.
Overall, the car is a step up over what GM built in the past & I'd consider this the best quality small car GM has delivered, tho they couldve done better especially with the rear styling, interior, & price.
