EXTREME, 258 KM/H ON ICE, THE FINAL FIGHT AND CRASH: Lap times, heavy crashes, extreme riding on ice, awesome images, here is the final result of our match between a Porsche GT3RS (450 HP) and a Yamaha 1000 R1 (180 HP) on the replica (scale one) of the legendary 5.8 km Paul Ricard Track in Lapland by minus 25 degrees To win, the Porsche had 4 wheels, 450 horsepower and 2320 spikes. The R1 was counting on its lightness, its sharpest, 470 spikes and the "balls" of Serge Nuques to lean it to the maximum angle. The other equally tight match was between a Mitsubishi Evo 9 against a Yamaha 450 WRF.
Entre Porsche 911 GT3 RS et Yamaha YZF 1000 R1, c'est s'est joué à plus de 250 km/h sur un lac gelé en Laponie et plus exactement sur la réplique à l'échelle 1 du mythique tracé de 5.8 km du Paul Ricard. La Porsche avait pour l'emporter, 4 roues, 450 chevaux et 2 320 clous. La R1 comptait sur sa légèreté, ses 470 clous plus acérés et les "cojones" de son pilote Serge Nuques pour lui faire prendre un angle juste improbable sur la glace. L'autre match tout aussi serré opposait une Mitsubishi Evo 9 face à une Yamaha WRF 450. Réponse en chronos et en images chocs!

Extreme Elco Engine Swap! - Roadkill Episode 4
On this episode of Roadkill, David Freiburger, Mike Finnegan and a carsick dog drive a '69 El Camino 500 miles from home (on seven cylinders) to change an engine in the parking lot of Summit Racing.
The story goes that Finnegan's wife's grandfather bought this1969 Chevy El
Camino brand new, and it's been passed down through the family, finally to
her. It's a solid car, and the suspension has been hopped up, but the
all-original 350 engine was smoking like a freight train. That didn't stop
the guys from limping it from Los Angeles, California to Sparks, Nevada,
where Summit Racing has a fully-stocked warehouse.
Summit sells every speed part and replacement part on Earth, including the 420hp, 383ci crate engine, so the logic was that the guys would save time on the engine swap because they could walk right into the store instead of driving to a parts store multiple times, as they would have back home.
So how long will it take a couple gearheads to change an engine outside in a snow flurry? Will the EPA shut them down before they can finish? And what happens when you let a carsick dog ride shotgun? Watch to find out!

Death of a turbo
Killed the Big16g and it was all my fault. A clamp wasn't bolted on straight and it died an early death. New Big16g replacement has been installed for now. Car still runs low 12's.
