What I have to say about the 1999 Alero: For 1999, Oldsmobile has replaced the aged Achieva with the new Alero. Set to compete with the top dogs like the Toyota Camry and Honda Accord, stealing sales is very unlikely but stealing sales away from the Dodge Sratus and Ford Taurus are easy. The Oldsmobile has a very ergonomically correct interior and everything is easy to reach and modern. The seats are very comfortable and material quality is decent. Styling on the Alero is also a strong point with a nice curvaceous front end that makes it stand out from other midsize sedans. All in all great car from Oldsmobile.Like Camerons Car Reviews on Facebook! https://www.facebook.com/?ref=cws

Supercharged Alero getting tuned
This is my car on a Dyno at Done Rite Automotive Performance (http://www.doneriteautomotive.com/)in Mosinee. This was one of the last runs while being tuned for the Supercharger. I'm using the limited run Eaton Gen 4 M62 which was found on the Grand Am SCT concept car. This is a rare Supercharger but sometimes can be found on grandamgt.com. The blower can take more with a smaller pulley. My friend that had this before me was running 11-12 psi with a smaller pulley and really no other supporting modifications. The car is making 200 hp at the wheels with 5 pounds of Boost.
