Inglese Fuel Injection Fail
My Website: www.rickcperry.com
Here is a video on the installation of an Inglese stack 8 fuel injection
system. There were several MAJOR problems with this unit and here are
several things to check before installing your intake system.
Aside from mismatched intake gaskets, wrong gaskets, intake having metal
shavings inside, lack of PCV and Brake ports, and TOTAL LACK of
instructions... This is a pretty nice setup...
Hilborn Manifold Adjustments (1).wmv
Hilborn Manifold Adjustments
Hilborn Fuel injection is known for making more top end power and torque.
Hilborn injectors also provide a substantial increase in low end torque
along with razor sharp throttle response and a significant increase in
engine acceleration rate.
But many don't know that a Hilborn also provides exceptional low speed
drivability. In order to achieve this drivability and the other low speed
characteristics mentioned above butterfly adjustments have to be performed.
When performed correctly it ensures that all cylinders are doing the same
amount of work.
In this first video of two we go over step by step instructions which will
guide you through the butterfly tuning process showing the technique we
have developed and what mistakes to avoid.
The second video will detail the use of the synchrometer for the final
tuning and can be viewed at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxdH0lfMJL0
These directions, although specifically designed for the electronic
injection, can also be used with excellent results on mechanical systems as
Written directions are also available and can be found by visiting our web
Thank you for watching and for using Hilborn Fuel Injection.
Vicious 447(7.3L) NA SBC from NRE. Nelson Racing Engines. Tom Nelson. NRE TV.
Amazing! Its a small block. No turbos.
No injection. Just a carb! Perfect idle. Very reliable. Low
maintanence. Reasonable cost. Huge torque. Yet 660 HP! I want one!
This is one Dyno that
a good sound system and large sub woofer is worth getting. In the Dyno room the sound is ear
busting. Literally painfull! A good sound system will get you half way
there. More info at http://nelsonracingengines.com. and

technical difficulties prevented timed runs in both directions at El
Mirage. Next year Keating expects to bring the car from England once
again, but this time to Bonneville, a longer track. The car clearly has
much more speed waiting to be unleached. Only about half of the power of
the Nelson Racing Engine's motor was used for this 260 MPH run. To see the
