Still quite the odd looking midsize crossover, the Honda Crosstour was
basically a wagon version of the Accord with a higher ride height,
coupe-like styling, and a more refined interior. If you can get passed its
love-it or hate-it front-end, it will certainly appeal to buyers in need of
more space over the Accord sedan. Just know that some competitors offer
more cargo capacity and less offensive styling, but do end up costing more
versus the Honda.

The Honda Crosstour was introduced for 2011 as an offshoot of the Accord,
but then became a model of its own. It's been left behind by the Accord,
which began a new generation for the 2013 model year, while the Crosstour
continues to ride on the old Accord's platform, which dates back to 2008.
However, the 2013 Crosstour received extensive updates to the styling and

This is a review of the first ever 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour crossover.
Hard to believe this actually counts as a truck, but one things for sure -
it's an amazing vehicle.

The Honda Accord Crosstour was introduced in the 2010 model year and is
derived from the Honda Accord sedan.
Restraints/dummy kinematics — Dummy movement was well controlled. The
driver side curtain and side thorax airbags deployed during the crash.
After the dummy moved forward into the frontal airbag, it rebounded into
the seat without its head coming close to any stiff structure that could
cause injury. The head then brushed the side curtain airbag.
Injury measures — Measures taken from the neck, chest, and both legs
indicate low risk of injuries to these body regions in a crash of this
severity. A high head acceleration occurred when the dummy's head hit the
steering wheel through the airbag, indicating that head injuries would be
