Tribute cars sometimes can be better than the originals and this 1969 Pontiac LeMans is no different. Built as the ultimate GTO, the Judge. With only 2 owners on this beautiful car and an undocumented 52,649 original miles gives this vehicle a cut above most. Under the hood is a number matching 350ci V8 with a TH400 automatic transmission making short work of rowing the gears. The PHS documents show this car was original bought at Goodwill Motor Co, INC. in Bervard, NC with a MSRP of $4,100.76. The LeMans was optioned with 324 decor group, 391 speaker R/ST, 424 mirror-remote, 474 electric clock, 501 power steering, 532 glass-S/R-WS, 621 spg&shks-R/H, 632 rear floor mats, RTT two tone, 343 2bbl 350, 382 AM radio P/B, 421 mirror visor, 431 belts deluxe, 492 deck lid-con, 502 power brakes, 582 air conditioning, 631 front floor mats, 731 air cleaner H/D and TRP G78x14 WW FG tires. Also included is the original build sheet, owners manual and warranty information. The original interior is still in the vehicle and is in great shape. Needless to say you may not find a better car with this much original documentation and original parts. This Pontiac is absolutely striking.

1963 Pontiac LeMans Rare 4 Cylinder Four Barrel Four-speed 3.73 Posi - Half of a 389 V8
I thought you might like a look at this very unique 1963 Pontiac LeMans.
It's powered by a 194.5 Cubic Inch 45 Degree Four Cylinder, topped with a 4
BBL Carb, and running through dual Exhaust. Pontiac, basically cut a 389 V8 in
half...in fact, it uses the same head as the 389 and the 421. In this case,
the four cylinder is backed by a four-speed manual and a set of 3.73 Gears
with Posi. As you can see, it really is a great looking car and would look
right at home on the dragstrip in the 1960's. I hope you find it
interesting, thanks for taking a look!

Instruments: Guitar, Bass, Kit, Organ, EP
With a jumping bass and off-beat syncopation, this is straight from
Memphis' Beale Street. The Hammond organ and electric guitar play together
as longtime friends, while the melody changes hands from guitar to organ to
electric piano. 011

PONTIAC - stock Pontiac Super Duty 421v8/405hp vs stock Chevy 409v8/409hp on DYNO
WATCH THE VID TO SEE HOW CLOSE THEY Dyno TO THEIR FACTORY
405hp/409hp ratings. Growing up.....Pontiac/Oldsmobile old timers/EXPERTS
who taught me most of what I know, often told me Chevy rated their horsepower in a more
optimistic way than say Oldsmobile or Pontiac. I've even heard Pontiac
rated/tested their engines in a 100 degree room, compared to Chevy in a 60
degree room. These Dyno results seem to reflect
that some of what I heard was true. Both of these engines are great, but
the results do seem to show that Pontiac was not rating their horsepower worrying if it
would cause "songs to be written" about their engines .... like the great
song "She's real fine my 409"--(Chevy).
1969 pontiac lemans 455
Here's a video of my 69 lemans with rebuilt 455 bored .040 over (464),
speed pro pistons, edelbrock rpm camshaft, 6x-8 heads ported, comp cams
rollertip rockers, edelbrock valve springs, procomp intake, 750cfm
edelbrock carb, and flowtech headders. This combo makes great power and I
love the torque this monster makes. Next upgrade will be edelbrock aluminum
heads to really wake this beast up! Please comment on engine combo, body,
and suggestions. Thanx
Pontiac Banshee A Longer Look
The Banshee was a vision for what the Firebird could become. Of course,
this concept car could never be built exactly, too low on the road and it
wouldn't pass the safety and crash tests, but it was exciting. It
demonstrated that the problem with GM cars didn't sit on the designers'
shoulders. They were more than capable of dreaming up engaging and fun
vehicles that would set imaginations on fire.
