For the best video experience, we encourage you to wear headphones or earbuds. The audio in this video was recorded with in-ear binaural microphones. Because these microphones record sound from inside the ear, playing the sound through headphones gives the sensation of 3D sound. All of this translates to a very realistic listening experience. Scion FR-S RS 1.0: Track Test with Ken Gushi - Scion TRD FR-S Project Car [Part 3]
The third and final part of our series detailing the Scion TRD FR-S project car takes us to Irwindale Speedway, where Scion Racing driver Ken Gushi had the chance to be the first person to drive the car on the track. In the process, we also unveiled the car it inspired for the first time - the Scion FR-S Release Series 1.0. Founded in 2002, Scion was introduced at the New York Auto Show to appeal to Generation Y consumers. The first Scion models, the xA hatchback and xB wagon, went on sale in California in 2003, followed by a sports coupe, the tC, and a nationwide U.S. launch in 2004. A successor to the xA, the xD, premiered in 2008, and the Scion marque expanded to Canada in 2010. Scion currently has five models: the tC, xB, iQ, xD, and the FR-S. The Scion name, meaning the descendant of a family or heir, refers both to the brand's cars and their owners.

PureVision Turbo Scion tC Vs Nitrous Civic Hatch
PureVision Motorsports built turbo Scion tC vs. Bubble on spray.... Tc is full weight with an added passenger and a box, running on Greddy Ultimate, 700cc injectors, 60-1 turbo @16psi, pistons, rods, bearings, head gasket, valves, springs, and retainers. Bubble has a 75(?) wet shot on a b20, probably with built head, allegedly stock bottom end, probably aem ems, probably a lot of stuff missing under the hood like ac components and power steering pump, and probably has alot of weight reduction. Owner did not disclose this info so I am not certain - these are all educated guesses based on other cars built in association with the bubble... I guestemate the car to be around 320whp after the Nitrous and probably weighs in at 2400lbs with the driver, if even that much.

Like us on Facebook @ http://www.Facebook.com/2Redline Sequels always have such high expectations to fulfill, especially when the original was such a huge hit. When Scion introduced their second generation tC in 2011, sales never quite matched the first generation's success. Why's that so? Let's take a look...

2014 Scion tC Test Drive and Compact Car Video Review
When the Scion brand debuted as a 2004 model year, the goal was to target a younger car buying crowd with affordable and stylish vehicles. Fast forward almost a decade and Scion is still at the forefront with vehicles like the FR-S and the tC. This 2014 Scion tC is in its 2nd generation and has undergone a handful of changes most notably on the exterior. The base model Scion tC with manual transmission starts at $19,200 and the top of the line Anniversary Edition is $22,440. Research the 2014 Scion tC http://www.autobytel.com/scion/tc/2014/?id=32972 If you are looking for a cool new car that is styled like a sport car then look no further than the 2014 Scion tC. Scion updated and restyled the tC with a whole new front end consisting of: new hood, new lights, LED's, new front fascia all in an effort to resemble the FR-S. The wheels are standard 18-inch machine-finished alloys. Out back the rear tail lights are LED and the rear bumper is designed to also look like the FR-S. The 2014 Scion tC is loaded and for only $20k you get a ton of great features. First of all you get A/C, cruise control, power everything, and a full panoramic sunroof. Now many cars may offer these items but where the tC really jumps ahead is the inpressive 6.1-inch Pioneer audio system featuring Bluetooth. Under the hood lives a 2.5 liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 179 horsepower and 172 lb-ft. of torque. The transmission options are a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic and fuel economy is 23 MPG in the City and 31 MPG on the highway for both transmissions. The automatic has a system called Dynamic Rev Management which makes the car a little more entertaining to drive. To make the car even more fun, Scion has retuned the electric steering and the suspension. The 2014 Scion tC is the perfect first car for the teenager or college student for a couple of reasons. 1) The Scion tC starts at under $20k 2) The Scion tC is better equipped than the competition 3) The Scion tC retains its value exceptionally well 4) The Scion tC gets 31 MPG on the highway 5) The Scion tC is very reliable since its built with Toyota parts 6) The Scion tC gets a 5-start crash rating and top safety pick See More Car Videos http://www.autobytel.com/car-videos/?id=32972 Join Our Facebook Page http://www.facebook.com/autobytel

2007 Scion tC vs. RSX-S and Eclipse GST
RSX-S has I/H/E, the GST has unknown mods. Scion tC has a K&N drop-in filter with custom ram air intake tube *shown in video* and muffler Supposedly the GST wasn't trying, but, I hear it's not as fast as it should be. He was on it through at least 1st and 2nd gear. You can hear him chirp into 2nd.....
