Scion FR-S vs Scion tC Drag Race Part 1: And the best Scion Sports car is?
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2014 Scion FR-S and the 2014 Scion tC are like two twins separated at birth. Of course these are very different vehicles in some ways. The Scion FR-S is rear wheel drive and the Scion tC is front wheel drive. But never-the-less both cars are very sporty in their own way. So which is the better sports car? In part 1 of this race track review we find out which car is faster in a straight line. Acura Integra & Honda Civic Rear Suspension Rebuild (Part 1) -EricTheCarGuy
The Acura Integra & Honda Civic Rear Suspension Rebuild series was actually shot sometime in 2004-05. This is the very first EricTheCarGuy video to exist. You may also recognize the car because I ended up buying it years later and it's appeared in a few other ETCG videos. I believe this video laid the foundation for what I was eventually going to become. The audio unfortunately isn't all that great, but the content is excellent. The rear trailing arm bushings on Integras and Civic's go out all the time. So if you need to replace them, this video can help guide you through the process. I know I say in the video it will be difficult without a lift, and it will, but it can still be done. Just be sure to place your jack stands properly. The hardest part will be finding leverage. Also, you WILL need an alignment when you're done. When you are done, and if you choose to use the solid bushings like I did, I think you'll be pleased with the improved handling. Lastly, they now make a special tool for removing these bushings that makes things a LOT easier. 2014 Scion tC Test Drive and Compact Car Video Review
When the Scion brand debuted as a 2004 model year, the goal was to target a younger car buying crowd with affordable and stylish vehicles. Fast forward almost a decade and Scion is still at the forefront with vehicles like the FR-S and the tC. This 2014 Scion tC is in its 2nd generation and has undergone a handful of changes most notably on the exterior. The base model Scion tC with manual transmission starts at $19,200 and the top of the line Anniversary Edition is $22,440. Research the 2014 Scion tC http://www.autobytel.com/scion/tc/2014/?id=32972 If you are looking for a cool new car that is styled like a sport car then look no further than the 2014 Scion tC. Scion updated and restyled the tC with a whole new front end consisting of: new hood, new lights, LED's, new front fascia all in an effort to resemble the FR-S. The wheels are standard 18-inch machine-finished alloys. Out back the rear tail lights are LED and the rear bumper is designed to also look like the FR-S. The 2014 Scion tC is loaded and for only $20k you get a ton of great features. First of all you get A/C, cruise control, power everything, and a full panoramic sunroof. Now many cars may offer these items but where the tC really jumps ahead is the inpressive 6.1-inch Pioneer audio system featuring Bluetooth. Under the hood lives a 2.5 liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 179 horsepower and 172 lb-ft. of torque. The transmission options are a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic and fuel economy is 23 MPG in the City and 31 MPG on the highway for both transmissions. The automatic has a system called Dynamic Rev Management which makes the car a little more entertaining to drive. To make the car even more fun, Scion has retuned the electric steering and the suspension. The 2014 Scion tC is the perfect first car for the teenager or college student for a couple of reasons. 1) The Scion tC starts at under $20k 2) The Scion tC is better equipped than the competition 3) The Scion tC retains its value exceptionally well 4) The Scion tC gets 31 MPG on the highway 5) The Scion tC is very reliable since its built with Toyota parts 6) The Scion tC gets a 5-start crash rating and top safety pick See More Car Videos http://www.autobytel.com/car-videos/?id=32972 Join Our Facebook Page http://www.facebook.com/autobytel
