1979 Pontiac Lemans Pro Street for sale in our Louisville Showroom

1979 Pontiac Grand Lemans. This mean machine is powered by a 602 Cid V-8 that is believed to make over 800hp. Helping generate the power is a Holly Dominator carb, Edelbrock intake, HEI distributor, MSD 6AL box and Accel 10.8mm spark plug wires. The engine breathes through Hooker headers and dual Exhaust with polished mufflers. Turing the power into speed is a built 700R4 automatic transmission with a 2500 Stahl converter which turns a narrowed 12 bolt posi rear end with strange axles and 4.11 gears. The car has an adjustable ladder bar rear suspension with adjustable coil over shocks and to stop there are cross drilled front disc brakes and Wilwood rear disc brakes. The power meets the road through aluminum Weld Racing rims wrapped with Mickey Thompson 31x18.5 tires. The body is painted in a bright yellow which is contrasted by the custom graphics on the hood of the yellow being torn away to reveal airbrushed grey fleur-de-lis underneath. The hood also sports a fiberglass scoop that has been molded onto the steel hood. The interior holds two racing seats with 4 point harnesses, roll cage, B&M shifter, GT Grant wheel, a dash full of AutoMeter Gauges, flip up sunroof and fire extinguisher. But this car was not built for the strip alone, it has some creature comforts such as the power steering, power brakes, Alpine CD player, JBL amp hooked to Audiovox speakers and Infinity subs. Other options include AM/FM radio, CD, Power brakes, power seats, tilt wheel, seat belts, vinyl interior radial tires and aluminum alloy wheels. I thought you might like a look at this very unique 1963 Pontiac LeMans. It's powered by a 194.5 Cubic Inch 45 Degree Four Cylinder, topped with a 4 BBL Carb, and running through dual Exhaust. Pontiac, basically cut a 389 V8 in half...in fact, it uses the same head as the 389 and the 421. In this case, the four cylinder is backed by a four-speed manual and a set of 3.73 Gears with Posi. 900 HP Supercharged Big-Block 1972 Corvette Stingray Pro Street
I thought you might like a look at this awesome Pro Street 1972 Chevrolet Corvette. This beast is powered by a massive supercharged 509 Big-Block Chevy, topped with two Holley 850 carbs. This engine is equipped with a steel crank, stainless steel valves, roller cam, and Dart heads. This car was definitely built to run. All of that horsepower is being sent through a turbo 400 Automatic, with a 4,000 RPM Stall converter, back to a narrowed Ford 9 inch rear with 4.10 gears. The car is painted in pearl white with ghost flames and features a cowl hood, hood pins, centerline wheels, and wheelie bars. For sale is a 1991 Camaro that started out as a v6 car and was turned into a v8 street strip car. I am selling it because i have gotten into motocross. I have owned the car for 6 years now and it was only a one owner car before i got it. it is very clean and has never seen snow or rain. i just painted the car a two years ago using DuPont paint. it is very dusty shines very nice. i have had the car on the track a couple times. My dad and I did all of the work on the car including smoothing out the engine bay. To appreciate all the little things we did on this car you must see it in person. This car is not hacked up at all, one of the most clean cars I have seen at the track the way we re wired the car and put the switches in the center counsel and battery in rear of car is a very clean install. The most important of these is the GTO, short for "Gran Turismo Omologato," the Italian for "Grand Touring, Homologated" used by Ferrari as a badge to announce a car's official qualification for racing. In spite of a GM unwritten edict against engines larger than 330 ci in intermediate cars, DeLorean (with support from Jim Wangers from Pontiac's ad agency), came up with the idea to offer the GTO as a dealer option package that included a 389 ci engine rated at 325 or 348 horsepower (260 kW). I still need to do the dash cover and front, i need to install a different fuel pump (the one i have now is way too loud), need to fit a rear valance, adjust the Exhaust tips, get bigger wheels ang install posi traction. ...i think thats all. I took out the original engine and installed a 406 chevy small block with 460HP with an R6 tranny.
