UPGRADING REAR MOTOR MOUNT (Mazdaspeed3)
Today we are installing an upgraded rear motor mount in our Mazdaspeed3. If you know anything about the Mazdaspeed3 then you most likely know that the rear motor mount is very weak. The stock mount from the factory has a flimsy design and does a lousy job of keeping the motor from thrashing around in the engine bay. Upgrading to a more solid mount will not only allow the engine to become more stable but it will also improve drive-ability, shifting and power delivery to the wheels. We chose the Corksport Race mount for this video because we did not want to suffer from excessive vibration and noise. Based on experience the Corksport mounts provides the most comfortable ride while maintaining a very solid grip on engine movement. For those looking for a more aggressive mount you should check out James Barone Racing. 2008 Mazdaspeed3 Review, Walkaround, Exhaust & Test Drive
Mazda's first entry into the hot-hatch market was a strong competitor. It achieved the horsepower bragging rights and instantly became one of the quickest FWD sport compacts on the market. Just be sure you can live with the rather harsh ride, sub-par fuel economy, and general lack of refinement.

2013 Mazdaspeed3: A Front-Wheel Drive Muscle Car? - Ignition Episode 56
On this episode of Ignition, Carlos Lago discovers the charms of Mazda's "front drive muscle car", the Mazdaspeed3. Simple yet brutish, this hot hatch has more than enough power on tap, but is there more to its personality? 2012 Mazdaspeed3 Review, Walkaround, Exhaust, & Test Drive
Powerful, sinister-looking, and quite a handful to drive. The Mazdaspeed3 proves it can still run with the fresh competition which has threatened its title as the best hot hatch on the market. With an all-new speed3 around the corner, its rivals better enjoy their current lead at the moment, as Mazda won't go down without a fight.
