Abes Lincoln - 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC 32 Valve DOHC 4.6 V8 Hot Rod Luxury
In honor of President Lincoln's birthday, February 12th, I thought I'd post this video of his namesake, the Lincoln Mark VIII. When Henry Leland started Lincoln Motor Company in 1917, he named it after our famous President. This Lincoln has the monochromatic trim all the way around, an elegant leather interior, and a 32 Valve DOHC 4.6 V8 under the hood. These cars really do offer luxury and performance in one complete package. Perhaps it would be the choice of our beloved President, if he were still alive today. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for watching! Background track is, The Battle Hymn of the Republic, and it is public domain. It was provided, royalty-free, by The U.S. Army Bands Online.

1995 Lincoln Mark VIII Start Up, Exhaust, and In Depth Review
Hey everyone, I just wanted to say thanks for bearing with me and the lack of uploading lately. I have a ton of videos to upload including vintage, exotics, new models, and some unique things to come. I have recently moved into a new house for my 4th year pharmacy school rotations and have been packing, unpacking, and dealing with all of this for a while. Now I'm finally able to slowly start getting back into the groove of things. I will also begin working on a new update video fairly soon to let you all know what has been happening lately. Thanks a bunch and enjoy the future vids to come!!! ~Kyle Hello and welcome to Saabkyle04! YouTube's largest collection of automotive variety! In today's video, we'll take an up close and personal, in depth look at the 1995 Lincoln Mark VIII. I now feature BOTH models and versions of the Mark VIII. This 1995 and the 1998 refreshed body style LSC model. I reference the LSC in this video also. If you would like to check out the video on the LSC (although it's not a mint condition version) use this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZ5JpZeGiWQ. During this presentation, we will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features in a detailed fashion, that before, you could only get from going to a dealership yourself! Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and Exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHANNEL SEE BELOW: In this channel you will find in depth reviews/tour of automobiles from all over the world, presented in a more detailed fashion than ever before. Basically, this gives the viewer the chance to view the most detailed 1st person look you can get without going to an actual dealer yourself! Every video is consistent in the way I present so viewers know what to expect in my presentations. I treat every vehicle with the same respect whether a 1960 Chevrolet Impala SS or the 2012 Lamborghini Aventador. I film all types of vehicles from past, present, and future while broadening the knowledge of the automotive enthusiast. You will see everything from vintage, brand new, exotic, mainstream, old, etc. I am very proud of this channel and have built it up from amateur videos years ago to what you see today. My Lincoln Mark VIII with sequential tail lights
Update: Because I have been asked so many questions about it, there is a complete write up here: http://www.torquebook.com/forum/electrical-interier-and-hvac/485-mark-viii- sequential-lights-installation Added sequential tail lights to the Mark VIII last night. Back in the day, I had a 67 Tbird and I had two friends with 69 Tbirds and I have always missed those sequential lights. In my opinion is is the way the Mark VIII should have come from the factory. It really suits the car.

Lincoln Mark VIII Fast Bag Setup
"SET-UP: 6 valves - 4 SMCs for fill and two small Snap Tite (3/32" orifice) valves for dump. The front and rear were set up to raise for one second each. The rear goes way too high if not slowed down. The front goes too high as well. The car was also timed to dump for six seconds. The second portion of this video shows the whole car raising off a one-second pulse. The rear still was a bit fast and goes a little high. I installed a ball vavlve on each bag to slow it down. Dump was set for three seconds." Found this somewhere, this isn't my car!

The History of Lincoln
Henry Leland, a former manager of the Cadillac division of General Motors, and his son, Wilfred Leland, formed the Lincoln Motor Company in August, 1917. Leland named the new company after Abraham Lincoln, his hero and for whom he cast a vote in 1864. Lincoln's first source of revenue came from assembling Liberty aircraft engines, using cylinders supplied by Ford Motor Company, to fulfill World War I government contracts. After the war, the Lincoln factories were retooled to manufacture luxury automobiles. Ford Motor Company purchased the Lincoln Motor Company in 1922, but Lincoln continued to operate as a somewhat separate company from Ford through early 1940. On April 30, 1940 the Lincoln Motor Company became the Lincoln Division of Ford Motor Company At the direction of Henry's son Edsel, in 1923 several body styles were introduced, that included two- and three-window, four-door sedans and a phaeton that accommodated four passengers. They also offered a two-passenger roadster and a seven-passenger touring sedan and limousine, which was sold for $5,200. A sedan, limo, cabriolet and town car were also offered by coachbuilders Fleetwood, Derham and Dietrich, and a second cabriolet was offered by coachbuilder Brunn. As the brand grew it developed several memorable vehicles, the Zephyr, the Continental Mark II, the Lincoln Continental and recently the ubiquitous Town Car. Chevy Lumina on 22s
a friend of mine came through to see if his rims will fit his little brothers car. So we did a test fit and test drive to see if we needed to lift or cut. Turn out great didn't have to cut or lift cause we used a 235-30-22 size tire
