poor man's floor pan (1)
Part one of a floor pan fabrication for the 66 Chevy Caprice. Aftermarket pans were around $100 each and still didn't cover all the area I needed to replace. I got the sheet metal for free from an industrial shelving unit I found. It's the same gauge too! Tools are from Harbor Freight or Homemade.

Quick rust patch on 1980 Z28 floor board
My friend picked up this all original 1980 Z28 a few years ago. It sat for many years and someone shot out a side window. The rain got in and put some rust on the passenger side floorboard. Tonight I made a patch and welded it in for him.

1969 Camaro RS/SS First Start up in 28 Years
Work on getting my dads new project car, a 69 Camaro started after sitting for 28 years untouched and uncovered in an Anchorage, Alaska back yard. It was originally a big block/4speed car but was swapped to a 327 in the early 80's. The engine was covered in leafs, moss and debris and had no air cleaner, headers or half the spark plugs when we got it. The car has been parked since 1984, watch to see if we get it going! Don't pay any attention to the Z28 badges someone added those long ago and it was originally Daytona Yellow not white. More details coming soon....
