2010 Honda Accord Crosstour EX-L NAV
The Family Car went to the Sacramento River delta to test the newest design from Honda: the 2010 Accord Crosstour, a hatchback sedan with plenty of style and versatility to please most parents.
The EX-L version features many family-friendly features that are included in the package, including easy flip-down second row seats, a stylish power moonroof and navigation sysem with voice recognition and back-up camera.
The ability to seamlessly run in "ECO" mode (3 cylinders) or using the full V-6 power allows the Crosstour to achieve an EPA estimated 18 city / 27 highway miles per gallon.
The MSRP for the Crosstour EX-L is $34,770 while the model we tested was listed at $35,480.

I was quite disappointed with this years show. It was smaller than the 2009 one, which in turn was smaller than the 2008. I will not be attending the 2011 car show unless there are very interesting upcoming "releases" present.
I do have to say I like the Volt. It's not the concept, but it looks a whole lot more attractive than the prius. It was a demo car (fake break calipers and all) but it should look just like that!
As with last year you'll have to provide your own music. The car show floor sounds where very distracting, and I do not promote copyright infringement.

The Honda Accord Crosstour was introduced in the 2010 model year and is derived from the Honda Accord sedan.
Restraints/dummy kinematics — Dummy movement was well controlled. The driver side curtain and side thorax airbags deployed during the crash. After the dummy moved forward into the frontal airbag, it rebounded into the seat without its head coming close to any stiff structure that could cause injury. The head then brushed the side curtain airbag.
Injury measures — Measures taken from the neck, chest, and both legs indicate low risk of injuries to these body regions in a crash of this severity. A high head acceleration occurred when the dummy's head hit the steering wheel through the airbag, indicating that head injuries would be possible.
