Push starting may be more complicated, which is why I suggested jumper
FYI: To push start a car:
1. Find a hill or find a friend/stranger to push the car
2. Put the key to the ON position
3. Push in and hold the clutch pedal while it is in gear (2nd gear might be
4. Gain momentum either by gravity or friend
5. Let go of the clutch, and the car will be running
The car is a 2000 Honda Civic Si.

Just some of the clips the were caught on camera as we were filming for the
em1. These clips are more like bloopers. There wasn't much from day 1 but
more from day 2. We wanted to make an epic video for this car so we planned
on taking a couple of days for filming it, but after day 2, we just decided
to make a simple video and use the clips from the lake. Enjoy the video of
us goofing around and thanks for watching!

UP FOR SALE IS A 2000 HONDA CIVIC SI (TRUE)
VIN NUMBER IS 1HGEM1152YL118380.
IT HAS A SALVAGED TITLE BUT WAS NOT TOTALED OR IN A WRECK IT WAS STOLEN
BACK IN 2002 IN WINDER GA, THE ENGINE IS FULLY BUILT - NON turbo. CAR IS VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND IS GOOD
ON GAS. OIL HAS BEEN CHANGED EVERY 3000-3500 MILES SINCE IVE HAD IT. ITS
HAD A FEW OWNERS BUT I ASSURE YOU ITS WELL WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY. IN
THE VIDEO THE ENGINE AND Exhaust SOUND
WEIRD. THIS IS BECAUSE I RECORDED THE VIDEO WITH MY PHONE AND THE SOUND
QUALITY IS OBVIOUSLY CRAPPY. THE ENGINE IS NOT KNOCKING OR TICKING. AND THE
Exhaust DOESNT SOUND LIKE A FART CAN.
THE HEAD HAD BEEN RECENTLY BUILT WITH SKUNK2 INTERNALS - LESS THAN 10K
MILES ON IT. ENGINE AND BODY HAVE 165000 MILES ON THEM AND THERE ARE
ABSOLUTELY NO SWAPS.
THIS VEHICLE IS FAIRLY FAST AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO SOMEONE NOT
FAMILIAR WITH 5-SPEED.
THE CAR WAS PAINTED LESS THAN A MONTH AGO (SEPTEMBER 2011). THE VEHICLE HAD
A BODY KIT AND A RICER HOOD AND CHROME VENTED FENDERS... SO I HAVE REPLACED
FRONT AND REAR BUMPER, HOOD, BOTH FENDERS AND SIDE SKIRTS. ALL OEM REPLACED
PARTS FROM HONDA. TYPE R LIP AS WELL. THE CAR IS WIRED FOR OEM JDM FOG
LIGHTS AND HAS OEM SWITCH ALREADY INSTALLED (PROFESSIONALLY).

Jose's Honda Civic EK Hatch - BRtv Episode 5
With the popularity of the motorsport of drifting rising by the minute,
there's been a great shift from the Import or Tuner crowd from FWD cars
(front wheel drive) to RWD (rear wheel drive). More and more manufacturers
are adding affordable RWD models to their line ups, and it doesn't look
like that's going to change any time soon (thank the Car Gods). There was
however a time when the Tuner world was mostly flooded with FWD cars with
the Honda brand in the forefront. In the late 90s' when Honda dropped the
EK Civic body, particular the SI model, eclipsing it's predecessor, the
brand seem to do no wrong. Aside from the legendary SI model Civic, the
single most desirable EK one could own was (arguably) the hatch. In it's
stock formation, the car is as cookie cutter, gas saving commuter as they
come. Actually that's something easily said about just about any Civic.
But with just a little tweaking, some nice shoes, maybe a lip, a wing and
dare I say a "B" series engine swap, and these little light ways could
easily be turned in a super fun rides. I would venture to say that these
are the new classics, and if you happen to own a EK hatch or SI, take care
of it, restore it, and watch it increase in value. These will be the cars
we all try to outbid each other at future Barrette-Jackson or Mecan auto
auctions. That said, I like to take a moment to introduce our next episode
of Braggenrites.com TV (BRtv). In it you guys get to meet Jose Hernandez
Diaz and his sick Honda Civic EK Hatch.
This guys is as passionate and detailed oriented as any with his ride as
any car guy. He took his mild mannered hatch and turn into a complete eye
catcher, by adding just the right amount of cool, to just the right parts.
The car features a totally rebuilt, souped up and turbocharged motor, redone interior with a set of
racing seats and a custom roll cage, and a sick stance (to say the least).
The car is tastefully done with a simplistic aggressiveness that seems to
contradict itself and compliment itself all at the same time. The engine
bay (it's most attention grabbing feature) is shaved of all "unnecessary"
parts and painted white, of all shades; a looks that makes the Hatch stand
out even more. We loved this car once we first saw it, and knew we wanted
to shoot it and share it with the world. It's owner Jose, is a kool a kat
as any, and hung with us for a couple of hours so that we could do that.
We opened his bag a tricks to let you all know everything about his car
(all except the wheel brand) and what all he did to take it to the level
seen here. We wanna send a huge shout out to him and hope you guys enjoy
