SUMMERNATS WORLD RECORD LARGEST SIMULTANEOUS 69 CAR TYRE BURNOUT official video
Summernats 26 broke a Guinness World Record for the most amount of cars in simultaneous burnout on January 4, 2013 in Canberra, Australia. When the massive blanket of smoke eventually cleared, Chris Sheedy from Guinness World Records told the 10,000 plus crowd that exactly 69 cars had managed to complete a 30 second burnout. Sixty nine. That's a 'Nats kind of number.
Drivers came from all across Australia to fry their tyres together in this historic event, some traveling thousands of kilometres from Western Australian and Northern Queensland to take part in the rare feat.
138 tyres x 30 seconds x over 35,000 horsepower = 1 world record.

Me and my dad took an august 08 built xr6 turbo 270kwt for a short drive which was my first in an xr6T and all i have to say is WOW....soz for vid quality but you can still hear the nice tone of the engine.

CV Performance 330 rwkw @ 12psi tune
This custom built vehicle by CV Performance runs only 12psi in this video clip. 4 weeks ago the radiator sprang a very small leak and the engine was run almost dry. After replacing the radiator the engine was tested for problems. A true testament to the quality of the engine that no issues have been found after the roasting it got. The tune was dropped back to only 12psi for a week or two and a close eye over it has shown no damage to report. You can see it makes 330.8 rwkw at arould 5500rpm. This engine makes well over 400 rwkw at only 18 psi for its every day street tune. CV Performance are going to run the vehicle to 26 psi which should see over 500 rwkw in its final race tune.

4.0L DOHC Inline 6 Cyl
Honed, decked, chemically cleaned crack-tested, blueprinted and balanced. High-tensile crankshaft with Crank girdle. Atomic H-beam conrods with Mahle pistons and rods. Polished head, Crow Cams and Crow valve Springs, Custom Cam grind. AP stud kit, Atomic Oil Pump and housing. Custom engine pullys, Bosh 044 fuel pump, Matched Seimens Deka 60 injectors.
Induction:
7" K&N pod, custom airbox and pipe work, modified Garrett T04Z turbo "Spooling Max" rated to 36psi. Plazmaman 1000hp tube-and-fin Intercooler with dual Go Fast Bits (GFB) blow-off valves. Nitto intake manifold.
Exhaust:
Custom high-rise Exhaust manifold by Hypertune, 1.5"turbo manifold with twin 2.75" X-Force Stainless Exhaust.
Gearbox:
T56 Manual six-speed fitted with a Textralia twin-plate carbon-fibre clutch, heavy-duty custom tailshaft and a custom fly wheel.
Replacment cost of vehicle:
Close to $130,000 AU
