MGC GT Sebring w/ 1JZ powerplant
Alex Washburn's tribute to the MGC GT Sebring's that raced at Sebring 12
Hours in 1968/69, built by Bill @ DSG. To keep the sound of a straight 6
we chose a cost effective 1JZ turbo
Toyota powerplant/R154 transmission instead of a costly/heavy Rover tractor
engine. Suspension is double wishbone in front and Ford 8.8, 3 Link with
Watts Linkage in the rear. Dampers are Penske 8670 3 ways from a 96 MSD
Accord BTCC (David Leslie's hopefully). An Apexi PowerFC will be tuned by
Matt @ DSG in the upcoming weeks but the engine running is a very nice
sound after the work and time invested.
San Diego STREET RACING
1320Video made a visit down to SoCal to see what kind of badass street cars
roamed the streets at night. A few badass Supras, swapped & turbo'd nissans, GT-R's, Corvettes, twin turbo 350Z, a bike all came out to play on short
notice making for quite a night of street racing!

1996 Isuzu KB280TD dash 80 to 160
1996 Isuzu KB280TD Double cab 2x4 pickup 80 to 160 dash in 5th gear. The
purpose of this drive was not to floor it , but rather to record what speed
at what RMP the motor is turning. This video was made by me on a level road
outside town. Specs: Isuzu 4JB1 Direct Injection Diesel , home fab cold air
intake , K &N filter , adjusted pump fuel delivery ( EGT ~ 780 degrees C
after 5 minutes full load ) 63mm free flow zorst from the turbo . 245/75R15 Bridgestone's I do
occasionally rev it to 5400RPM in 5'th !!
