This step back Cadillac into which the series competes 2004-2007. Competing in the GT class with the CTS-V Sport Sedan, Cadillac catch Manufacturers Championship in 2005 and 2007 and the Driver's Championship in 2005.
Cadillac will field two teams in the upcoming SCCA World Challenge GT Class with a race car based on the Cadillac CTS-V Coupe. CTS-V line, which also includes the CTS-V Sedan and Wagon CTS-V, recently designated for the 10 list of Car and Driver magazine's Best for 2011.
"Back to racing in the SCCA World Challenge is a great way to demonstrate the performance and capabilities Cadillac CTS-V Coupe," said Don Butler, vice president for marketing the Cadillac. "The racecars in this series is production based, which allows us to validate our performance with the best of our competitors on the track, and not just the showroom."
Cadillac working with Pratt & Miller, New Hudson, Mich., engineering and construction company specializing in motorsports, to develop the Cadillac CTS-V Coupe race car. While some components of the production CTS-V will be modified due to the unique demands of racing and to satisfy the technical rules of SCCA series', every effort is taken to preserve as much as possible the production of content.

Wide Body Z28 Camaro
Here is a custom done newer Camaro, with I guess a old z28 "theme" going on done by Pro Comp Bruce Harvey, being showed at starlite exotic night. Pro Comp Custom inc . I respect all the money and work that has went into this car, and obviously its the owners style so hes for sure very happy with it. But in my opinion it was sorta ricey, and just not my cup of tea. The idea did inspire me to think about what I would have done, even though I hate Camaros I think with his idea of wide body on a newer Camaro could look absolutely sick if it was the right wide body and right "theme".

The BMW S1000RR is a sport bike initially manufactured by BMW Motorrad to compete in the 2009 Superbike World Championship,[3] that is now in commercial production. It was introduced in Munich in April 2008,[4] and is powered by a 999 cc (61.0 cu in) inline-4 engine redlined at 14,200 rpm.[1]
BMW manufactured 1,000 production models in 2009 to satisfy World Superbike homologation requirements, but expanded production for commercial sale of the bike in 2010. It features an anti-lock braking system, standard, with an optional electronic traction control, and has an overall wet weight of 207.7 kg (458 lb), and produces 133.6 kW (179.2 hp) @ 13250 rpm[2] at the rear wheel.

Cadillac CTS-V Coupe Hits the Track

Sebring, Fla. -- The Cadillac CTS-V Coupe race car hit the track for the first time on Jan. 17, driven by Johnny O'Connell and Andy Pilgrim, for tests at Sebring International Raceway in Sebring, Fla.
Cadillac is reentering the Sports Car Club of America World Challenge GT series this year, beginning with the season-opening race in St. Petersburg, Fla., on March 25-27. Cadillac competed in the World Challenge series in 2004-2007, earning the Speed GT Manufacturer's Championship in both 2005 and 2007 with CTS-V Sedan race cars.
