2004 GMC Envoy XUV
Hello and thanks for looking at our auction! Up for your consideration is
this beautiful one owner trade Envoy XUV. This is a rare model. I
searched online to see just how rare it was and found that there were
approximately 25,000 of them made. That may sound like a lot to some, but
in the scope of things, it's not! This was a one owner local trade in that
is in PERFECT condition. One tiny rock chip on the front end that has been
touched up. Tires are at 80% all around. Brakes are tight, alignment is
perfect, tires are balanced , AC blows cold and the heat comes out hot!
Every option works as it should. As seen in the video
(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ON1cas1jmM4) it looks, runs and drives
great! You can bid with confidence. You could fly in and drive it 1500
miles to your home with no glitches. The back in seals up tight to you can
wash it out in the event you get it really dirty hauling stuff. When
winter comes, rest assure that you have your four wheel drive to assist you
as you make your way though town. All around this is a great vehicle.
Don't let it slip away! Make sure you click the free CarFax at the bottom

Dodge vs. GMC vs. Nissan at Spring Creek
Dodge, GMC, and Nissan compete on this small hill climb (100% grade) at
Spring Creek Off Road. very muddy and slick; who will make it up?
Dodge and GMC are on Nitto Terra Grapplers. Nissan is running Michelin LTX
A/T2. The Nittos on the Dodge are old and bald; the Nittos on the GMC are
nearly brand new.

Trailblazer / Envoy Strut Replacement - Part 1
This video demonstrates a FAST and EASY way to remove / replace the struts
on a 4x4 Trailblazer or AWD Envoy. There are other videos on youtube that
show different methods, but I personally prefer this one. If you use this
video as a guide, you will need a Pittman Arm Puller with a gap of at least
1-1/8 inch, and spring compressors. Both can usually be rented locally
(Autozone, Advance Auto Parts, etc).
As you will see (Part 2), I went to a local shop to have the struts
re-assembled because I stripped the bolt (allen insert). I just bought
this 2002 LTZ and it had original (corroded) struts. The Bilstein HDs that
I installed are the BOMB!
Note: This is NOT a high quality video. It was taken with my point and
shoot camera and edited with freeware. Do not slam the audio / video
quality. Note the content instead.
I hope you find this useful. Good luck wrenching!

Upper Ball Joint Replace, GMC Envoy-Trailblazer
Upper Ball Joint Replace GMC Envoy-Trailblazer. Here I replace the Upper
Ball Joint in this GMC Envoy-trailblazer. You will need to jack the GMC
Envoy-trailblazer up and remove the wheel. Then you can remove the nut
holding the axle ,and the nut holding the upper ball joint. Will want to
remove the two bolts that hold the brake line to the knuckle, and the
antilock brake wire. Then you can pull the top of knuckle out and press the
old ball joint out and press the new ball joint in. Then reverse the steps
to tear down for reassembly. Then the GMC Envoy-trailblazer can be safe to

GMC Envoy door panels - remove and install (front and rear)
Removing and installing the front and rear door panels on a GMC Envoy. This
was done on a 2006 but this procedure should be the same for all Envoys
Non-marring trim tools (2)
1/4" drive ratchet
(2) 1/4" drive 6" extenions
The replacement panel clips that I talked about can be found here:
The Trailblazer door panels are similar, however the inside door handle
bezels have to come off as well.
