Mercury Capri sales training video 1991 1992 1993 1994 Part 1
First half of product familiarization video for sales personnel for the
newly-introduced 1991 Mercury Capri. Great background for Capri fans (I had
a '94). Based on this video, you'd think the Capri would have sold much
Judge the video from a 90s perspective, not today's. Ohhh, the 90s. So much
color, so much hope, so much fun... :)

Test Drive the 1974 Ford Capri V8!
Hi! This is Agent 8771's 1974 Ford Capri, featuring a high-output 302 V8
and Borg-Warner T5 transmission hooked to a Ford 9 inch positraction rear.
This car originally had the wheezy Pinto 2000 cc engine and 4 speed trans,
so it is much better now. A nice, original, rust-free unit brought up from
the States to save it from the recyclers yard. Sweet vintage aluminum slot
mags, nerf bars, and diamond-tuft package tray finish this Capri off in
classic 70's style! Hope you like it as much as I do!

I produced this feature length video back in 1993. It's pretty much
historic now given some twenty years has passed. Voiced by the one and only
Jim Parsons, a veritable walking encyclopedia of drag racing knowledge and
a great guy.
You'll see everything from nostalgia and ShoeBoxes to Funny-Cars, Top-Fuel
rails, Fuel Altereds, Drag-Bikes, Comp-Eliminator, early Pro-Mods to
Some of the drivers and teams you'll see: Terry Capp, Rick and Tony
Distefano, Bateman & Reynolds, Dave Benjamen, Vern Scholz, Wyatt Radke,
Ross Hogenson, 'Lucky' Bucky Austin, Ed Grekul, Kenny Sitko, Ron Hoover,
David Szybunka, Keith Jackson, Joe Delehay, Scott Hammack, Bill Carter, Len
Pouteaux, Gary Densham, 'Rocket' Rodney Flournoy, Stan Sipos, Mike Randy,
Jett Field, many local drivers and a whole rafter of drivers from the
California Independent Funny Car Association
Of note - Part 5 includes Randy White's infamous 1991 crash of the last
race of the season at the top end aboard his rear engine Super-Comp
dragster, a 143 mph crash he walked away from unscathed, thankfully.
Capri (crapi) first day out 200 dollar beater car video 2 nitrous capri is born
the day after we bought the car, we are already installing Nitrous on it... what took so long, rig up a nice
Nitrous kit to have some fun and test
this cars limits and see what it likes. i was honestly surprised with how
good it felt with the 100 shot, after the almost useless 50shot jetting. we
drove it around 3 of us in the car and evaluated it on the fly, clutch was
slipping with the bigger shot, so i decided taking a solo flight might not
beat up the clutch as bad, found out i was right, clutch works great with
one person driving. car feels very powerful with the jetting we had in it,
about 80 on motor and 80 on spray, wich was exactly what it put down on the
Dyno. Dyno video after this one!
