Inglese Fuel Injection Fail
My Website: www.rickcperry.com
Here is a video on the installation of an Inglese stack 8 fuel injection
system. There were several MAJOR problems with this unit and here are
several things to check before installing your intake system.
Aside from mismatched intake gaskets, wrong gaskets, intake having metal
shavings inside, lack of PCV and Brake ports, and TOTAL LACK of
instructions... This is a pretty nice setup...
Custom 1972 Pontiac Firebird - V8 sound!
Jamboolio records a fully restored 1972 Pontiac Firebird with an 350 cid
5.7L V8 engine and a stunning new paint job.
The monstrous hood scoops and huge air vents added to the all black
exterior makes it a very bad-ass looking muscle car beast! The Exhaust sound is pretty awesome too! Enjoy.

The BEAST at dyno day...1973 Trans Am 462 ci, Garrett 77mm turbo, iron heads
this run at 10 psi Boost netted just
under 800 hp at the rear wheels. The run at 15 psi netted 886 hp to the
rear wheels...or 1064 at the crank estimated. The new setup coming soon
will make this look like childs play. The car is being set up for
roadracing and hill climbs, but will remain mainly a street car with A/C, a
nice stereo and all the creature comforts (a pro-touring build). All on
Annual 1st Gen Firebird gathering at friends house near Houston. Great
friends, food, drink and letting off a little steam made for a super day!
PONTIAC - stock Pontiac Super Duty 421v8/405hp vs stock Chevy 409v8/409hp on DYNO
WATCH THE VID TO SEE HOW CLOSE THEY Dyno TO THEIR FACTORY
405hp/409hp ratings. Growing up.....Pontiac/Oldsmobile old timers/EXPERTS
who taught me most of what I know, often told me Chevy rated their horsepower in a more
optimistic way than say Oldsmobile or Pontiac. I've even heard Pontiac
rated/tested their engines in a 100 degree room, compared to Chevy in a 60
degree room. These Dyno results seem to reflect
that some of what I heard was true. Both of these engines are great, but
the results do seem to show that Pontiac was not rating their horsepower worrying if it
would cause "songs to be written" about their engines .... like the great
song "She's real fine my 409"--(Chevy).
