Lease Locators Racing GTR vs Jeff Bush 1G Talon - English Racing
The Lease Locators Racing GT-R we built just finished breaking the world
record 1/2mi speed at 223mph 2 weeks ago. Built for the half-mile, we
brought it out to see how it'll hold up against the world's fastest cars at
Maryland International Raceway (MIR) during the World Cup Finals.
Matched up with our very own Jeff Bush, watching the two crowd favorite
cars going down the entire track, battling for first place was a thrill! -
couldn't of asked for a better race! GT-R ended up finishing with an 8.32 @
179 against Jeff's 8.07 @ 170.
GT-R treed Jeff by .331 resulting in a WIN for the GT-R (8.325 vs 8.405)

ReBirth Auto's Fully Electric 1978 Porsche Carrera- 2 WarP 9's - Inside and Drive
This is the inside of the custom built fully electric vehicle built by
Rebirth Auto in St. Petersburg, FL. It is a Porsche Carrera from 1978
which these guys put some serious time and effort into. This is one amazing
system that uses tons of the Headway 10ah lithium cells and accelerates
like a bat out of hell. It uses 2 WarP 9in motors in series running off of
a single Soliton 1 from Evnetics. It outputs 400hp and 600ftlbs of torque
with the conservative setting they run to help save their clutch. Thanks
to all of the guys out there for being such wonderful hosts, we will be
doing just about all of our electric business through those two companies.

Tesla Model S P85+ US Road Trip : Seattle to LA review
http://www.caradvice.com.au/322360/?yt_desc - Read the article here.
The plan: to drive from Seattle to Los Angeles, a trip of more than 1800
kilometres – almost the same distance as traversing the Hume Highway from
Brisbane to Melbourne. And, just like you would if you drove that trip,
we’d be travelling through three states to our final destination.
Charging up: the idea is to rely upon the Tesla Supercharger network for as much of the journey as
is possible – thus enabling us to figure out whether the car copes in its
The potential problems: running out of charge between cities, or when
exploring beyond the Supercharger route.
There are two major limitations when it comes to electric cars – battery
range and charging infrastructure.
Without either of these, you’ll be hard-pressed to travel any more than
150 kilometres using a conventional pure electric vehicle. But electric car
startup brand Tesla and its luxury-focused Model S turn convention on its
That’s because this sleek liftback sedan has the longest battery range of
any pure electric – that is, non plug-in hybrid – car ever made, with
up to 460 kilometres of claimed range. Aussie cars will come attached to an
even higher claim, with 504km of range.

Amazing Blacked Out Tesla Model S 2013 Electric Car
An amazing electric car. This car is made in United States, California. The
US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) official range for the Model S
Performance model equipped with an 85 kWh lithium-ion battery pack is 265
miles (426 km), topping the Tesla Roadster and making the Model S the
electric car with the greatest range available in the market. The
EPA range for the model with the 60 kW·h battery is 208 mi (335 km).
EPA's energy consumption is rated at 237.5 W·h per kilometre (38 kW·h/100
mi) for a combined fuel economy of 89 miles per gallon gasoline equivalent
(2.64 L/100 km). Tesla had also scheduled the release of a base model
with a smaller 40 kW·h battery expected to deliver a range of 160 miles
(260 km) but decided against this entry-level model. Instead, it will
release a mid-range model only with a 60 kW·h battery pack; this model is
currently scheduled to begin deliveries during the first quarter of
Tesla allocated the first 1,000 sedans off the production line to a
Signature and Signature Performance limited edition, equipped with the 85
kW·h battery pack, and priced in the U.S. at US$95,400 and US$105,400
respectively, before any applicable U.S. federal and local government tax
credits and incentives. The base Model S starts at US$69,900 with a
60 kW·h battery pack up to US$79,900 with the 85 kW·h pack before any
government subsidies. Since its introduction, cumulative sales
reached around 9,650 units through April 2013, with most units delivered in
the U.S. The Model S ranked as the top selling plug-in electric
car in North America during the first quarter of 2013 with 4,900 cars sold,
ahead of the Chevrolet Volt (4,421) and the Nissan Leaf (3,695).
The Tesla Model S has won numerous awards and recognition such as the 2013
World Green Car of the Year, 2013 Motor Trend Car of the Year, Automobile
Magazine's 2013 Car of the Year, Time Magazine Best 25 Inventions of the
Year 2012 award, and Consumer Reports' top-scoring car ever.

Tesla Motors, Inc. is a Silicon Valley-based company that designs,
manufactures and sells electric cars and electric vehicle powertrain
components. Tesla Motors is a public company that trades on the NASDAQ
stock exchange under the symbol TSLA. After 10 years, Tesla posted profits
for the first time during the first quarter of 2013.
Tesla Motors gained widespread attention by producing the Tesla Roadster,
the first fully electric sports car, followed by the Model S, a fully
electric luxury sedan.
Tesla also markets electric powertrain components, including lithium-ion
battery packs, to other automakers, including Daimler and Toyota.
Tesla's CEO, Elon Musk, has said he envisions Tesla as an independent
automaker, aimed at eventually mass-producing fully electric cars at a
price affordable to the average consumer.
Retail deliveries of the Model S in the U.S. began on June 22, 2012, at a
special event held at the Tesla Factory in California. The sedan was
originally code-named "Whitestar." Tesla is building the Model S
in Fremont, California in an assembly plant formerly operated by NUMMI, a
defunct joint venture of Toyota and General Motors. The United
States Environmental Protection Agency range for the 85 kW·h battery pack
model, the first trim launched in the United States market, is 265 mi (426
km), and 208 mi (335 km) for the model with the 60 kW·h battery.
Among other awards, the Model S won the 2013 Motor Trend Car of the
Year, the 2013 World Green Car of the Year, Automobile Magazine's
2013 Car of the Year, and Time Magazine Best 25 Inventions of the Year
2012 award. About 2,650 Model S cars were sold in the U.S. during
2012, and 4,900 units during the first quarter of 2013, allowing the
Model S to become the top selling plug-in electric car in North America
during the first quarter of 2013, ahead of the Chevrolet Volt with 4,421
units, and the Nissan Leaf with 3,695. Tesla increased its 2013 sales
target to 21,000 units in April 2013, and expects global sales of 30,000
units in 2014, with 15,000 units in the United States, 10,000 units in
Europe and 5,000 in Asia.
