1997 Jeep Wrangler (TJ) 4.0L I-6
6.5" BDS Longarm kit
BDS HD Belly Pan
BDS-9500 Gas Shocks
36x13.50 Interco Iroc's
15x8 Steelies (4" backspacing)
BDS custom front and rear bumpers w/ tire carrier and custom gas tank skid plate
Update: We installed Superior Axles - Super 30 / 35 axle shafts with a Detroit locker in the rear and an ARB up front.
RTI Footage: 20 psi each tire, front sway bar disconnected using BDS Ultimate disconnects, measurements were taken with all tires on the ground (we went a little past in some of the footage you can see and a tire is hanging, but not for measurements). All shocks and rear sway bar were still hooked up -- no cheating!
6.5" Longarm kit: Our kit uses a 4 link with trackbar setup at each axle. We keep hearing that to get good flex you have to triangulate your control arms and get rid of the trackbar. I hope this shows the kind of numbers you can get when your suspension is setup correctly. The onroad driving manners of this jeep are amazing. You can drive it to the trails, wheel it, then drive it home.
This is our company TJ it has our 6.5" longarm kit all the other mods are listed above. It's a nice day outside and we were tired of sitting at our desks -- hope you enjoy.

Drive line out of 1 ton Chevy truck. 350 Ci Chevy V8 runs good, 4sp Manual
trans with granny low, 205 transfer case in good shape, GM 14 bolt rear
end, dana 44 up front. Dual seats but has room for 4 seats. Here you can
see the suspension air rams getting pressurized and then deflated to lower
the frame. The orange line is my air supply which is inside the garage. A
completed system would contain an board air compressor so that you can
raise and lower the ride while in motion or as the driver wishes. This air
ram system allows for a very fun and comfortable ride.

My Ford Ranger died in one of these mudholes... so naturally, i went out
and bought an $18,000 Rubicon and went back for my vengeance... These holes
were extremely muddy / swampy with water on top of that..
The 2 that i got stuck in were about 3 and 1/2 feet of pure muck..
Hope you enjoy seeing what a Jeep can do!
