B5 Audi S4 quattro VAST Stage 3 FrankenTurbo Borla 0-60 mph AWD Launch Control & Drift...
A video compilation demonstrating the 2-step "launch control" feature of my custom VAST performance Stage 3 Frankenturbo tune. When the vehicle is stopped, the rev limit is set at 4,400 RPM for consistent launching. While holding this RPM, the turbos can produce up to about 6 psi with no load. With this setup, 0-60 mph times in the high 3's are obtainable with a quick 1-2 shift. The S4 also has piggie downpipes and a Borla single 3 inch Exhaust system. Some bonus footage of a coworker who had never ridden in a semi-fast car before is also included. :-) *edit* Unfortunately the girl in this video has passed away of Cystic Fibrosis (4/20/2013). RIP. B5 Audi S4 Biturbo Power On Oversteer (AWD drift)...
A quick demonstration of power on oversteer in my 2001 B5 Audi S4 biturbo with Stasis modified suspension and VAST Stage III Power. Most of the understeer has been eliminated and the car has enough power to light up all 4 tires and leave a glorious AWD burnout. Song is "Gearhead" by Kevin MacLeod
