1969 Mercury Couger XR7 351 Windsor
Can't remember this fella's name...It isn't mine. Even though the owner
admitted the car isn't in show stopper condition...yet, he was the ONLY
Cougar on the lot at the show. And that's why I like the car. At 42 yrs
old, there are some occasional electrical gremlins (not affiliated with
AMC) that bedevil the owner. But, we all must persevere through the
aggrevation. My Comet certainly has its issues. It's a 351 Windsor, C-6
w/9inch rear. Taken at Abingdon, MD Lowes in September 2011.

My '70 Ranchero & 351-C, 1st pass
My old heavy, rusty, & beat up 70 Ranchero from way back in 1989. This was
back when doing a bunch of dry-hops after the burnout was part of the fun.
3600-3700 lbs, 351-C, FMX trans, ancient NOS Nitrous, & small worn-out slicks. Ran 6.70's 1/8
mile with fresh slicks, 6.90's spinning with dead slicks. Original video
copied VHS, converted later to DVD.
1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1 - 351 Cleveland "Q-Code" Cammed Idle
Just had the carb rebuilt and in the process of tuning it. It idles nicely
with the choke about 7/8 of the way open but it's a little low with it all
the way open.
