Some people just can't handle the power that they have at the pedal. This driver of a GTO at Coffee and Cars in Houston on April 2nd, 2011 gets a little to eager to meet up with a the opposite side of the road. Question: Why did the GTO cross the road? Answer: To smack a tree on the other side!

2001 Camaro Z28 vs 2011 Mustang GT 5.0
My 2001 Camaro Z28 has an SLP Lid and SLP LM1 cat-back Exhaust, a 4 speed automatic with 2.73's, 67,000 miles.
My friend's 2011 Mustang GT (5.0) is completely stock, a 6 speed manual, with about 20,000 miles.
First race: Dig, Mustang misses 3rd gear.
Second race: Dig, Mustang short shifts 3rd gear.
3rd race: 30MPH roll.
4th race: 25MPH roll.
At the end of the race my friend confesses that he also left his traction control on.

My Trans Am vs an '11 Mustang 5.0. Stock as far as I could tell, he didn't pop the hood but as you can tell the Exhaust is factory.
I'm still running the 10 bolt and baby nuts 255 street tires, hence me babying it off the line to the tune of a 2.2 60 ft. 3rd gear is also shot too, it grinds but I didn't care since this was the last run so I just smashed it into third and finally got a 12 second pass with my 11 second mph. Ha.
