This car is matching numbers, VIN on block matches car. The heads, intake, carb, distributor, Exhaust manifolds are original . Transmission appears to be original. All five wheels are original and date coded the same. The emission equipment is still intact (not functioning) egr, evap, heat stove pipe, fresh air ducts are complete.

The car has a urethane paint job with color added to clear coat - nice paint job, has a few blemishes. Inside has new carpet, upholstery, door panels and dash cap which looks great and fits very well. The engine runs great - no smoke - idles smooth and has LOTS of power! This car has been in Texas it's whole life, B&K Motors Killeen, TX originally. I also have PHS documentation that is included in sale.
The body had a few rust issues on the rear quarters - RH lower replaced and LH lower quarter size spot - both repaired with metal panels. A small part of the trunk floor was repaired with metal panel (looks factory though). RH inner quarter/trunk drop down has a couple of rust holes that have not been repaired, they are around a drain plug hole. The front core support had battery acid damage to the very outer most support for the front fender, welded a short extension to repair. Rear seat belt does not latch, washer pump does not work, steering box and the engine oil pan each have a small seep.
We encourage you to do an inspection on the vehicle before you bid - the car can be made available for your convience - contact me via email (checked regularly throughout the day).
This is a very nice car and is listed at a fantastic price!!
How to Blend Clear Coat (Base / Clear) - Spot Repair
This is a 3 stage pearl white mazda that is having a spot repair performed
on the front bumper cover. It it being sprayed with BASF RM onyx waterborne
paint and RM DC5600 clear coat. The clear coat is blended and polished to
an undetectable transition. This repair will hold out well but ideally the
entire bumper cover should be painted the highest quality job. This was
repaired by blending the clear as the customer requested an economical
repair. The price differs from about $175 this way to about $500 to do the
entire bumper cover. The way a three stage paint works is the first part of
the paint is a solid color sprayed to cover the primer. Once that is done a
pearl coat is sprayed overtop to give it a deep pearl effect. It is all
topped with a clearcoat and the clearcoat is blended using a clearcoat
blender (UBR200). The blender is mixed into some activated clear coat also.
The entire job is polished at the end to remove the slight roughness caused
from the clear tapering out.
