Has Custom ground camshaft from Cam Motion, with 208/214 and .510/.523 lift 114 lsa.
Rebuilt heads with 2.02 valves.

Custom Shortened Oil Pan and Oil pickup tube (By Me). Pan base was chopped about 1.5" to be level with the stock front crossmember.
Champion Aluminum 3 core radiator with stock accessories. Carter Inline Electric Fuel Pump.
Holley 4 1/2 - 9 PSI inline fuel pressure regulator and Mr Gasket Fuel Pressure Gauge.

The motor mount adapter plates used in this video place the engine one inch
too far forward. You need the adapter plates called the "One Inch Set-back"
plates. They'll place the engine and trans perfectly so that you can use
your original driveshaft without modification. They can be found on eBay
for $60 shipped.

GM LS1 V8 Engine Swap Part I
Catching up on the times.. I have thrown in the towel on old obsolete
engines and have moved forward into a newer technology. I have given up on
my 455 for the simple fact that it is expensive to drive with high fuel
prices.. and an LS engine will provide me with better all around
performance and economy..
UPDATE: I ended up tossing a Q-jet on the 5.3 and calling it a day with the
LS1 cam this little guy pulls to 6000 no problem and melts the tires
without a problem.. You simply can't beat these little motors.

How To Connect a LSx Series V8 to older GM 4 Speed Manual Transmission
In this video I show you how to connect your original older 4 speed manual
transmission such as a Borg Warner Super T10 or a Muncie M20/M21/M22 to
your new LS Series engine you might want to swap into your car.

2003 Corvette LS1 5.7 / 350 Engine, very nice running -- just listen!
This LS1 motor was just recently removed from a 2003 Corvette. Price
$2650. It had been lightly burnt on top. The injection has been removed,
and all the gaskets in the engine have been replaced, including head
gaskets. This engine has been converted to carburetion by means of an
Edelbrock Victor Jr. intake manifold and a MSD ignition kit. NOTE: if you
don't need the intake manifold and/or MSD, the engine alone may be sold
separately for $2000. Carburetor and Exhaust pipes NOT included.

This is my 1969 Pontiac Firebird 400 project-Plans for this car are drum to
disc brakes upgrades first! You can hear the old drums squeeking as I
brake! suspension, interior, and house of kolor candy apple red paint with
black rally stripes! Audio system and interior are already being worked on.
Also im planning to lower it 2 inches all around. Im debating on wether to
paint the wheels black or match them kandy apple red? or try to combine
both black and candy red for the rims? What do you think?
Engine is a freshly rebuilt 400 block, .060 bored, hooker headers, holley
carb, holley electric fuel pump, and dual flowmasters. For now not focusing
on the engine but I've been thinking about rebuilding a faster 400 and upgrading the automatic
transmission to a manual shift 5 speed. Not trying to build a car show
