Elkhart Lake Road America Race Way Vintage Cars
http://www.wellsve.com I spent a day recently with Peter Meier, Steve Hildebrand and Tim Froh at the Elkhart Lake race way. They were having time trials in preparation for the vintage car race held that weekend. We virtually had the track to ourselves. We were able to go into the pits and most anywhere we wanted. Peter is the technical editor for Motor Age Magazine. Steve is our director of marketing and Tim is our TPS and Knock sensor engineer. Some very cool cars here. I had a great time! Without the help of a drafting partner, Webb still managed to post a time that put him 18th on the grid for Sunday morning's race. By concentrating on smooth driving and consistent lap times, Webb was able to make the most of the short seven-lap race, finishing in 14th position, right behind San Dimas Auto Racing teammates Andrew Fernandez and Johnny Kanavas.
