This 2006 F550 died while driving, then cranked and unable to start. In part 1 I removed the pump cover and high pressure oil pump. I then show installation of the revised STC fitting, then installation of the pump and cover. I continue by completing the reassembly, start the engine and test drive. No Start Ford Powerstroke 6.0 Diesel IPR Valve STC Fitting High Pressure Oil Pump Repair
I'm replacing a bad IPR valve due to a no start condition on a 2005 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke Diesel engine. The owner of the truck also wanted to go ahead and replace the high pressure oil pump. High pressure oil pump came with new upgraded STC fitting.
