Leaks at the ball cup seal can generally not be detected with a standard shop air pressure test of the HPO system. You need to test with a Oxygen or Nitrogen bottle to get up closer to 1000PSI to actually hear/find leaks at the ball cups. Don't make the mistake of just replacing the top injector O-Ring and not addressing the real problem above it!
