I build my personal bike in 2003, to celebrate 45 years in business, S&S
Cycle™ has built the ultimate High Performance V-Twin engine. This engine
is a tribute to the original founders, George and Marjorie Smith. In
addition, it commemorates Harley- Davidson's 100th Anniversary. It is also
intended to honor all passionate builders, riders, entrepreneurs, and
enthusiasts who have helped grow the 100-year evolution of the V-Twin
motorcycle market. The limited production 145 Cubic Inch motor, which is
capable of producing over 185 hp and 205 ft. lb. of torque, is the product
of 45 years of experience.

Dieses Bike ist die Inkarnation von brutaler Kraft und Sexappeal.
Anlässlich des 45-jährigen Firmenjubiläums von S&S Cycle USA 2003 baute
die hausinterne Rennabteilung von Jon Olson einen Monster-Motor in
begrenzter Stückzahl. Der Motor wurde den beiden Gründern von S&S, George
und Marjorie Smith, gewidmet und ist pünktlich zum 100. Geburtstag von
Harley -- Davidson fertig gestellt worden.
Aus 145 Cubic inch (2400 ccm) Hubraum hat man eine von uns auf dem
Prüfstand nachgewiesene Motorleistung von sagenhaften 182 PS bei einem
Drehmoment von 205 Nm realisiert. Das Aggregat wurde in ein
straßenzugelassenes Fahrwerk mit Ducati und MV-Agusta Racing-Komponenten
Nach nunmehr 14.000 gefahrenen Kilometern, vielen verschlissenen Reifen
und reichlich Adrenalin pur ist eines klar geworden: „Nichts geht über
eine so gewaltige V-Twin Power"

down to 122 bhp on this run, but torque up at 139 lb/ft. Exhaust downpipes are 2 inch diam. One off megas
with billet end caps, still to be polished. Motor is a Merch Performance
131 HO evo (2150cc), in modified HPU drop seat frame.

The rearend is a narrowed Ford 9" (with a back brace)
35 spline Strange axles, and 4.88 gears inside a locker center section.
Art Morrison ladder bars with a diagonal link
Afco Racing adjustable coil over shocks
(Wilwood) 4 wheel disc brakes with an adjustable porportioning valve that
you can adjust from the dash.
Weld Draglite wheels 15x15 & 15x3.5. The rear tires are 32x17.5" Mickey
Thompson ET Streets, and the fronts are 165/R15 radials.
Competition Engineering subframe connectors.
Wheel tubs and wheelie bars out back.
The interior has a 12pt roll that also extends through the firewall and
ties in with the front clip.
Custom made aluminum dash covered in black vinyl.
It has all Autometer Ultra-Lite silver gauges, including a 5" tach w/shift
light. (Gauges include: Water Temp, Trans Temp, Oil Pressure, Fuel
Pressure, Fuel Level, Boost, &
It has black carpeting throughout the inside of the car. The custom seat
covers match the door panels.
It also has a Harwood 3.5" fiberglass cowl induction hood.
It has a pair of 7" Halo headlights that are tied into the parking lights.
The 4 rear tail lights are ran in conjunction with each other just like the
Supercharger Kit for boosting up 50cc motorcycle Honda Monkey Z50/AB27
